Montrose United Methodist Church had a main water pipe break 11/01/2023 at some point during the early morning hours. At 7pm that night our choir arrived for rehearsal and found the sanctuary flooded with 3″ of water and water still flowing along one of the walls like a waterfall! Most of the basement classrooms, nursery, offices were flooded with ceiling tiles soaked with water, busting as we walked through the area. It was a disaster! Water to building shut-off, and Lindstrom Restoration called for help! They arrived withing 2-1/2 hours and started work immediately to remove damaged items, shop-vac all the water, clear the rooms, and get dehumidifiers going right away. From start to finish (11/1/23 – 3/1/24) Lindstrom Restoration kept us in the loop on insurance claims and next steps to restoring everything to new!

Lindstrom remediated a multi-level water damage problem. The team was outstanding to work with, super nice, and the work was done much faster than I expected. We will be using Lindstrom for the rebuild as well, and they will be our go to in the future.

The mitigation crew was fast and knowledgeable. They kept following up and checking on the progress of the areas that needed to dry out. When a joist wasn’t drying out fast enough, one guy (I forget his name, sorry, he was awesome!) spent a good deal of time creating a tunnel to concentrate the warm air in the space to dry it out faster. On the admin side, they were exceedingly patient regarding working with my slow insurance company to get them everything they needed to get payment from the claim. Super happy with this team and would for sure use again…but PLEASE, don’t let anything happen to make me have to call you guys again!!

We have have used Lindstrom on two water claims (bummer, I know) and have been super happy with the integrity, attention to detail, workmanship and communication. They were out a few months but mitigated immediately as our remediation could wait. Worth the wait. Things got done as promised. Top notch organization.
