We had our pipes freeze and burst while out of state. Pillar construction was recommended to us by our adjuster to do the repairs. They were so wonderful to work with and so fast. Joe the coordinator responded to our email so quickly and got us connected to our project manager Rich right away. Everything happened within 3 weeks of when we first reached out to them which was amazing since other companies we contacted were slow to reply and couldn’t start work until 6 weeks or more out. Rich was great to work with and was so helpful in getting the repairs done in 3 days. He was so helpful with making decisions regarding the house and letting us know what our options were. After everything was completed he sent us pictures and it looks even better than what we expected. We would definitely use and recommend this company to others as the entire process was so smooth and everyone was so helpful!
