This company packed my home with no care. My important documents are crumbled, turn, or now creased. My wedding ring is missing and told me I stole it. I thought my items would be safe. They still cannot find my documents from my moms or grandsons funerals. They have put refrigerator magnets, clothing hangers, coffee grounds in my boxes with only supposed to have paper documents. Its weird that they can’t find anything even though things were supposed to itemized per room. Do not use this company because they make excuses for poor work. They tried to accuse me of damaging my own items then had to nerve to tell me I had a rude response. Terry and Cindy took no Ownership for their poor work and tries to talk down to you. Oh and they placed my LOS in my tub and try to say it was contractor. There’s no work to be done in my bathroom at ALL
