Worst Company to possibly deal with for an insurance claim. -Took an entire year to replace a Window -Tried to initially replace my damaged Andersen Bay Window with an inferior quality vinyl window -Was not kept in the loop with process -They mislead/lied to me during the process -I was forced to sign the ENTIRE amount of insurance check over to them before any physical work began so I could fund their non value added middle man business model -After job I had to get them to come back so that both sides of framed window look identical…they left 1 side hanging down a couple inches -After job was done it FAILED inspection…bottom of frame isn’t sealed with caulk -Their “Professional” painters didn’t even use wood filler to cover nail holes so I have to repaint -Then after job they submitted an additional claim with my Insurance company As a customer we are “forced” because of convenience to deal with these “Pre-approved” vendors who already know USAA will pay so they have very little accountability and don’t treat you like an actual customer. USAA should dump them from being an approved vendor STAY AWAY

So Visions Restorations were outstanding with taking on the task of removing trees after the wind storm we had in Detroit a few weeks ago. My house looked like a Forest traveled over my house and just unloaded. It was devastating. Two days later it looked as if nothing had ever happened. And even though I know they were very busy. He prioritized me in because it was a very dangerous and devastating situation. But thank God for sending them my way. My neighbor even text me and said they were doing a good job bc I had to leave and go to work. And the last thing t”didn’t have to come out my pocket for additional cost for clean up bc insurance only pays 1,000 for cleanup and haul away. Thanks Visons and Shout out to Horton’s!!!

Highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond to help us in a major disaster from a local plumbing company. From start to finish they were so friendly, reliable and honest! We now have a beautiful kitchen! Thank you, Vision!

Vision help me stay clam through a very stressful time. 2 weeks after buying my home (my 1st bath) I had a leak from upstairs bathroom that leaked all the way down to my kitchen . I called Vision because heard of them through a friend .. They were excellent… they came and evaluated the water damage, explained every step of the water mitigation and demo. Worked side by side with the adjustor to adjustor to insure everything was covered . Jim was so understanding and patient with us… they also took great care with my freshly done hardwood floors. THEY COVERED AND PROTECTED EVERYTHING !!! Yes I recommend Vision !!!

I would only recommend that people not use this company. They were completely unprofessional and the work was subpar at best. They hung our kitchen cabinets up 1/2 inch lower than they were and they wouldn’t fix it saying it wasn’t their fault. You can see all the spots where they painted because it was a shotty job and they tried to charge us for things they didn’t even do.

We started to work with this company in June, they were sent by our home owners insurance for roof damage. There were so many delays and excuses to get the roof done let alone the water damage in our bedroom. Roof was finally done after rescheduling at least 5 times in August when I told them it will be done tomorrow or I am done. We have since been waiting on the bedroom to be done, this has been rescheduled at least 10 times, no consideration for the fact that we have to tear apart the room, find care for our animals or that we also have to take time off of work. Today the painters finally showed up said there is a smell and I will not work in this and just left. Nothing else said at all. We have been treated horribly by this company for months now, and we have been nice and patient. At this point in time we want at least the $3100 deductible that we paid them back and really they should pay the insurance company back as well for the money they paid, because the work that was done was just basic. I had to walk around the house and pick up nails after they were done with my roof so that my dogs and kids didn’t get hurt, I told them I picked up at least 50 and they said oh we are sorry and that is it. This company is a joke and should be shut down.
