I called in because our tenant complained about possible mold due to a previously leaked bathroom. We agreed on a date for them to come and do a free initial visual inspection. Nansen came on time and did a good job. Unlike some other companies I called, who suggest do a air quality test right over the phone with charges between $250 to $400. He told me he did not see any mold from the places our tenant showed him and he said a air quality test is not necessary based on what he saw. The only place he cannot see is the floor under the bathroom. Since I plan to remodel the bathroom, I told him I will have a contractor coming to take out the floor and he said h can come to inspect it when the old floor is gone. Even though he didn’t do any actual mold removing for me, I found him honest and trustworthy and I will give him the job if we do find mold under the floor. I will update the review if I end up doing more business with them. For now, I rate them five stars.

Do not use this company. They showed up 5 hours late and didn’t bother to call. Left me sitting in my mold infested home and caused me to loose a day from work. And, the owner was rude and disrespectful. And I didn’t see any equipment to complete the job. Not professional at all, and acted as if they’re doing me a favor by coming at all.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. Sean, David and their team treat their customers like their own family. I had a pipe leak in my first floor kitchen that leaked and ruined my basement. They made this nightmare of a situation as seamless for me as possible, going above and beyond – dealing very generously with our insurance company, and being very accommodating and responsive with me. There was a small issue with a part of the reconstruction a couple months later and David didn’t hesitate to cover and immediately repair it. They are very honest, empathetic and great people. Thank you!!

These guys were GREAT. Very professional, very sincere and and very generous with their time and expertise. We had no idea whether or to what extent we had a problem and we were pretty stressed out. They were very responsive, explained everything they would do clearly, and followed up in a timely and comprehensive way. We DID have a problem, they identified and documented it and were able to provide excellent advice to remediate. Anabel, David on the initial visit and Patrick on the follow up were all great!

From the moment I called into The Mold Removal Remediation, I was greeted with friendly staff and helpful information. They provided a free estimate and consultation and left a detailed quote and description of work that needed to be completed. When I booked, they were on time, courteous and professional. Got a part of my basement mold-free within 4-5 hours. They follow up with a phone call the next day to make sure you are satisfied with the service and if there is anything more we needed.
