A wonderful experience. How often do you hear that today with anything to do construction? Christian is incredibly pleasant and professional – as is the rest of his team. He was very responsive to my call and on site in less than a week to start preparing a quote. Design plans were in my inbox in less than a week afterwards. He has come highly recommended and so far, has exceeded those expectations. I look forward to completing the work.

Staff is very friendly , very easy to work with and they do AMAZING work you will definitely not be disappointed!! I highly recommend they were very fast and efficient with restoring my house that had caught fire it was a complete gut and restore and the end result was perfect, they listen to all your needs and communicate very well. I’m so glad I decided to go with you guys I can’t thank Christian and Brad and their whole crew for everything they have done enough !! You guys are awesome !!!

Christian was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous while completing my inspection for the water damage that was unfortunately caused in my home! He offered the best cheapest honest route for me and for that I am grateful! With inflation on the rise it was very appreciated that he provided his honest advice that could also help save me money! We were away for the holidays and received a call from our HOA that a pipe had burst and our unit had flooded. They contacted Rackley Restoration who immediately began the process of drying and restoring our property. Without their immediate and professional response, things would have been far worse. Christian and everyone at Rackley were responsive, communicated regularly and were a treat to deal with. All of the work exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the end product.
