Worked with Brian and his team for a remodel of our gym and lounge areas. This included new walls, plumbing, flooring, lighting, windows, etc. They were communicative, professional, and quick. Brian was the best GC I’ve worked with in a very long time and still maintains communication checking in on installs! They also set an aggressive deadline and did not cut the quality in their work – I would recommend them to absolutely anyone who is looking for remodel work!

This company misrepresented standard windows for custom to my home. They placed the incorrect style as well. They cut out larger holes in my home to accommodate the incorrect sized windows. They damaged the woodwork and place non weather proof material outside my windows. They have been unethical and sketchy (refusing attorney letters) in helping me get back to whole. I’m filing against their license and hope to be refunded my thousands of dollars in court from them. Please avoid this business.

Express Restrictions ordered and then installed the incorrect windows in my home. They threw away my homes 1940’s woodwork by mistake and then damaged both the interior and exterior of our home trying to repair it. They were dishonest and the owner was a no show when we tried to allow them to resolve their errors. They have refused certified mail from our legal counsel and refused our deposit refund after we asked them to stop the job due to all the damage. We have paid another contractor to fix the holes they created around our windows and the laughable attempt they made at replacing our custom woodwork. Run don’t walk from this unprofessional and unethical company.

Prompt and available. Made the insurance claim process easy on my side. They did good work. I had to call a contractor back for one thing, and they sent someone the same day to take care of it.

After the storm last year, I contacted them to come out and give me an estimate. Tanner worked with my insurance company and was great! The entire process was a long one, which is due to these current times but I now have my new roof and gutters and couldn’t be happier. Excellent company to do business with. Tanner was always available to answer questions and explain the process along the way. Way to go!

I was extremely dissatisfied with this company. Specifically, Tanner and Kathy. Early this fall, I needed an invoice prepared by a deadline in order to receive warranty money. This invoice was not delivered to me on time despite their many promises. When I did receive the invoice, it was poorly prepared with no details and riddled with spelling errors. Tanner will praise his own trustworthiness any chance he gets. Tanner would constantly tell me “I’m an honest guy”. He is not. This company will tell you how reliable they are, how honest they are, and how they aren’t “like the other guys”. Do not use this company.

We used them for a roofing project after a summer storm left us with wind & hail damage. We liked working with Tanner so much we used them to get our house painted as well. They did great work, were responsive, and helped by talking directly to our insurance company.

Roof and gutters look good – pleased with how quickly the job got done, but the communication was lacking at times.
