Had a very terrible experience with Blaze. One of their estimators, Dale, visited on April 29th and we walked through the potential project together. One small piece to the large project was needing to be done within a specific timeframe, May 13th, so 2 weeks to date. He communicated that with ServiceMaster, their contractor, this could easily be met and to give him a couple days to get me the estimate and then we could move forward. I received the estimate afternoon on May 2nd. I called the office May 3rd to try and get a hold of him to move forward with just the deadline piece and work through the rest as time progressed. I was told he would call me back and they gave him my number. No call back May 3rd. Tried May 6th, same thing, no call back. Tried May 7th, same thing, no call back. At this point I said get me to ServiceMaster and I will schedule it myself. Got to ServiceMaster and they told me they are weeks out on work and they have no availability to help me at all. Dale improperly communicated that ServiceMaster was an emergency unit as they could not help me when he said they could. I voiced my complaints with them about this mess. I then get a follow up email from Dale minutes after I complained (but still couldn’t call me back) saying he never told me they could help me and that I misunderstood. I just replied saying how disappointed I was with the terrible communication. To which I got a reply of he does not want to do business with me any longer on the premise of disappointing me any more than I already am. Very classy.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Empty promise after empty promise. Dont give these guys business.

horrible experience with Blaze, they also walked out on the job at our house and refused to come back and finish. had to get attorneys involved and are working to recover our down payment.

My experience with Blaze was beyond amazing! We have had countless other companies try to fix our water damage issues with no luck. We found Blaze, and they stuck with us from beginning to end, solving all of our concerns! Dale and Hajo were so professional and easy to work with. I honestly cannot thank them enough for all their hard work!

After record breaking rain fall in 2019, we had the opportunity to use Service Master by Blaze recently and were very pleased with the desire to provide good service and the execution of that service. From the initial contact with Alan in assessing the work and proposed price to the execution of the work by Kirk we recognized their professionalism and desire to do good work. We are glad we chose to work with them would recommend them to anyone looking for abatement and treatment services.

We had a sewage backup in our finished basement that affected multiple rooms. Called Blaze on a Saturday afternoon and they were at the house in about an hour. They had to remove trim, carpet as well as mitigate and sanitize. I was impressed with how careful they were in saving the trim. I was able to reinstall all of it.

We saw blaze restoration at an event, they had little firefighter toys they were giving out my youngest got upset because they ran out. Mark came up to me and said stop by the office. Not only did he give both of them a firefighter he also gave them rubber ducks and a paw patrol alarm clock. Thanks Mark for your kindness my boys are loving the stuff!!!
