A few months ago our home was severely damaged after a sewage backup and our city recommended Parker Young Construction to handle the mitigation/repairs. Don Rogers and his team were amazing to work with and they did an excellent job all around. Don was friendly, knowledgeable, and never left me or my wife in the dark about anything. Desiree was also very helpful and patient with us when it came time to make cabinet and countertop selections. It was a stressful situation with my wife being pregnant and us being displaced from our home, however, Don was exceptional to work with and he made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Overall, they did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend this team to anyone. Thanks Don!

Last July I had a tree fall on my home, which caused extensive damage to the property. USAA strongly recommended Parker Young Construction LLC to conduct and manage the repairs, specifically James Palmer and his team. This was quite a labor intensive project, as the house was built in the 1940s and required multiple permits to be brought up to code. As your can imagine – severe damage to your home is emotional and overwhelming, but James Palmer and John Kanousc were exceptional to work with. Their communication, attention to detail, and work ethic was immaculate. My home is simply stunning, and I have them and their team to thank! Also – Meagan Envoy who managed the financial component of the project, coordinating payments between the USAA and the mortgage company, was wonderful as well. She took care of everything, so I did not have to worry / manage it on my end. I have nothing but positive things to say about the team, except I wish I still got to see them at my house!

Parker Young exceeded every expectation that we had for them as they rebuilt our condo that we lost in a terrible fire. They were there to answer every question, guided us through the insurance processes and kept us informed every step of the way. David Spicer and his team were amazing! He and their Designer, Desiree Davis, helped us to create a beautiful new space out of a horrific experience. David was so communicative and helpful. We highly recommend them to help anyone faced with any kind of damage to your property, especially your home.

Marcus, Roger, Julio and their team were amazing to work with! Extremely responsive, professional, ON TIME and did phenomenal work! Not only was their work far above par, but they went above and beyond to include power washing the patio to clear it of any and all debris. Our community clubhouse looks pristine – better than it was first built! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

6528.00 for a tear down from water damage on a 715 sq.feet condominium. If Allstate had any guts they would have disputed this overcharge. I’ll never say anything good about these overpriced CONtractors. That’s money Allstate could have put in my pocket. Taking advantage of a 70 year old senior citzen.

I have used Parker Young for water damage from mitigation, evaluation to repair. Tony Grier, Chad Moffitt and Jeff Farmer, they are a great team! They are professional, extremely knowledgeable with excellent communication, time management, attention to detail and highly competent. Their excellent work and kindness truly impressed me. So much appreciate it!

Response time was prompt and they technicians were very professional. They came and set up the fans and drying equipment and saved us a lot of potentially additional damage to a basement leak.
