This company is a modern day scammed. Showed up the day after representing my Insurance company willing to help. I should’ve waited to talk to my Insurance and not sign any papers. I should’ve request a check from my Insurance company to buy all new things and probably pocket some of the money. This company is over charging my Insurance company. Wanted to charge me to retrieve my belongings from there warehouse. Worst customer service and there restoration process sucks. They are charging my Insurance company over $80,000 when I could’ve furnish my entire home with 25k.

I had some very expensive designer jackets that had water damage. (Mildew and mold that my local dry cleaner was unable to fix) I called FRSTeam and spoke with Britta who went above and beyond to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. I picked up my jackets today and there is no smell or damage whatsoever! Highly recommend FRSTeam! A+++ Thank you Britta for your first class service and professionalism!

We had a garage fire at our home in Parrish, FL. Our insurance carrier recommended First Team. Their salesman promised us they would clean and take care of our property. Upon return of our items, they came back worse than when they left. Firstly, our new white couch came back with stains that it previously didn’t have. Second, one of our wooden dining room chairs came back with a broken leg and is beyond repair. Thirdly, they lost the bolts that were used to mount our television. Fourthly, one of our televisions came back broken. Fifthly, our video surveillance system which worked, actually recorded the fire, again came back broken. Sixthly, our items that were divided into repairable and unrepairable by me stacks were all taken as unrepairable and conveniently were not put on our non-salvage list. Would not recommend this company whatsoever. We feel like we have been victimized again!

I sent over 60 items including clothes and shoes to FRSTeam by Rogers for cleaning after my apartment had water damage and my belongings smelt like mold. The whole team was helpful, responsive and kind. Nick and Princess came to my apartment and packaged all my belongings and described the cleaning process in great detail. They were even kind enough to liaison with my insurance company directly. Kim was very communicative and followed up with me regularly and brought my all my cleaned items out to my car on the day of pick-up. I’m very grateful to everyone at FRSTeam for restoring my belongings.

This Company is the worse thing ever. They are single handedly why insurance is so expensive. Worst of the worst. Dont walk….RUN!

We had a pipe burst weeks ago and FRSTeam by Rogers came out and immediately took all the damages items out – upon the return (over a week earlier than promised) we couldn’t believe how clean everything was – couldn’t be happier with the quality and service
