We suffered a catastrophic fire at our rental building that displaced 19 tenants. Coast Construction was a great blessing to us in our worst time of need. We were in shock and traumatized, and our tenants were even more so. Coast stepped in and coached us through the whole process, from emergency board-up of the building, to what to say to our tenants, to providing our tenants with food and drink while we waited around for five hours for the fire to be put out and all the ensuing work that followed. There were other fire damage construction companies present, but Coast provided by far the most complete service. They gave us a lot of invaluable information, both verbally at the time, and in writing for us to read later. The literature they gave us included very detailed explanations of all the things that happen after a fire, all the work that would need to be done, and many of the scams to watch out for. Coast came out again the next day to help us through the process of getting the tenants’ possessions out, and the process of disconnecting from the tenants, so that they could move on. CC has a big office that is staffed by knowledgeable estimators, people that used to work in the insurance industry and know how the game is played, as well as experienced builders. They are obviously very passionate about helping people through one the most stressful and scary events they will ever experience.

Any company that allows their employees to drive fully equipped work trucks at speeds exceeding 90mph, weaving through traffic like truck 46 gets 1 star in my book. Negligence in every aspect of the word.

If you ever need help with after a fire, you have to call Coast Construction. We had a fire that caused extensive damage to our home and the entire interior needed to be rebuilt. After our initial contractor ghosted us, I reached out to Kevin with Coast. From our initial conversation he was incredibly helpful and immediately got our project back on track, taking care of everything (including working with the insurance company). Linda Larez was our project manager and working with her was amazing. She was in constant communication, keeping us informed throughout the entire process and guiding us through the many decisions that we needed to make. She was so thoughtful and clearly cared about making sure everything went right and that we would be pleased with the work. We couldn’t be happier with the work and service that Coast provided. It’s devastating trying to figure out what to do and where to go after a house fire, but Coast came to our rescue. The end result is that out home has been restored and it’s more beautiful than ever!

When I lost my house due to a house fire, Coast construction was a life saver. They helped me every step of the way with my insurance, mortgage company, and fire restoration. Linda was my project manager and she was so wonderful, she stay in constant contact and answered all of our questions timely, Linda made the process so easy and our home looks beautiful. So happy, i can’t say enough good things about this company.

Coast Construction took care of the reconstruction after a big fire. We weren’t planning to do a remodel so it was scary at first. The project team and their carpenters did a great job fixing us up. One of their managers Mike M stayed in touch and made sure we understood our schedule and what to expect. The estimator team worked with my insurance company to help get the most value out of our home and the construction. A+ service from the night of emergency, they have a big emergency response team!, to the final inspection. Super happy they were able to help us!

I worked with coast construction for a restoration project. Linda Larez was my project manager, and I can’t say enough about how attentive, and detail oriented she was. She always responded to concerns in a timely manner and I would absolutely work with them again.

I recently had a fire in an apartment I own. Thank God no one was hurt. Being late at night I did not have access to obtaining plywood to secure the building. Fire dept said that would put a call out. Coast construction company showed up. Kenyon was the rep. of coast construction at the site. He was extremely informative of mybrights, what was going to happen and what to expect. His truck even had a great fully stocked snack compartment for those that might be under distress. Anyway. the next day I called and talked with Kenyon for over an hour has he explained to me what would be the next steps. what to watch out for and yhe mistakes that most people make because they steal not use to dealing with these types of situations everyday like they are. Kenyon I think is a great representative of his company. He did a fantastic job.

I was supposed to get my house back in six months ended up being nine months they gave me fake granite countertops every time I set a glass on my countertop it leaves a stain they have not been back to fix no work due to COVID-19 but the whole world is almost on normal program

There was a fire at one of my rental homes. I’ve never experienced a fire before. Fortunately, no one was hurt and the home was not destroyed, but it was inhabitable. I was very impressed with Kenyon from Coast who showed up in a timely manner and had the property boarded up as needed. That part was relatively easy, however, what I appreciated the most was how he took his time to explain options to my tenants who were most dramatically affected by this, including helping them to open up an insurance claim and focusing on what items were most important to take from the home immediately. Once he was done with the tenants, he assisted me in understanding the general process of what happens next and opening up my insurance claim. He has a great personality & temperament to work with people in these stressful situations. Within a couple of days, Kevin with Coast Construction came out at the same time the insurance company adjuster (Farmer’s Insurance) came out. It was helpful that they knew each other and compared notes to make sure all aspects of the damage & repairs were accounted for as best possible to provide a comprehensive bid to repair the home. Kevin was very professional as well. This happened recently, and the repairs are just beginning, but I’m confident the work will be completed thoroughly due to the assistance I received from Kenyon & Kevin.
