Dee Dee is the best. Super friendly. Very knowledgeable. And takes wonderful care of her customers. Highly recommend service master and if you can work with Dee Dee, that is also highly recommended.

I had water damage caused by my upper floor neighbor into my unit. I called Servicemaster to help with water damage remediation and they did an excellent job with mold removal and water remediation. They told me they can also take care of the restoration part of work. I was happy with the work and decided to give the restoration job to them. However, the contractor came up with an enormous amount of pricing quote which the 3rd party insurance refused to pay. This process dragged on for weeks which made my tenants very uncomfortable and very difficult to live. I had to waive the rent and continued to contact the insurance company. After almost two months of negotiations, the original quote was cut in half and Servicemaster agreed with the settled pricing. I was very unhappy with the pricing they asked at first and wondering why there was such a huge difference. Once the work begun, there quality of the work was sloppy and messy. There were paints all over the place and the worker dropped a heavy stuff on top of my washer and created a big dent. The wood floor has glues… I was not thrilled and told the general contractor about it. Instead of apologizing for the work, he turned around and told me my unit is 100 years old and washer is old which was terrible. His attitude was not acceptable. Although at the end they agreed to fix all the problems I pointed out and paid for the damage on the washer hood, I am not happy with the work. This is the reason I gave them three stars – the first part of water remediation job was a five stars job and the second part of restoration job was an one or two stars job. If I knew what I know now, I would never go with Servicemaster on the restoration job.
