This is not the restoration company to go with when your having an issue with your home they will tell you one thing and then put something else in the report that does not have to do with the issue you have If you go with this company your issue will not be fix I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

After a car crashed into our garage, we needed help in a hurry. We contacted Paul Davis Restorations in Buena Park and Edgar arrived and saved the day. Extensive repairs were needed, plans drawn, permits approved, and after a few months the garage looked better than ever thanks to Paul Davis Restorations!!

We had such a great experience with Paul Davis Buena Park. We had a pipe leak in our kitchen and our insurance had them contact us for the demo. We have had a previous kitchen remodel from a different company who were extremely rude and who destroyed our house, leaving dirt and dust everywhere, so I was very nervous to have the same type of experience. Paul Davis Buena Park was able to come out within a couple days (non-emergency) to assess the water damage. Damian was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. They were able to come the next day to start the work. Michael and Damian arrived and got promptly to work, they communicated clearly what the process would be, and updated me throughout the day. I was most impressed with the barrier they set up to contain all the dust/debris from the work performed and how incredibly clean everything was when they left. They even got a special machine to help lift and move our fridge as to not damage our floors. I highly recommend them!!

I’ve done customer service for over 20 years and this company truly knows how to treat customers. I appreciate their professionalism, expertise and I highly recommend them to anyone. They are on time, they are quick and very clean. Very respectful to your property as well.

Over the years we have had three major floor installations, (one tile, two wood). Paul Davis impressed us beyond our expectations. Paul Davis’s sales rep and general manager, Chad Shroff was thorough in all areas, from efficiently answering our many questions, checking on the progress of the work, and finalizing the completion of the job. Chad is truly an ambassador for this company. He is one of best contractors we have worked with as homeowners. We chose a high-end luxury vinyl wood and the quality of the wood and installation are outstanding! The installers, Luis and Sergio were efficient, courteous and conscientious about cleaning every day and easy to communicate with. Paul Davis’ office staff were always professional and easy to work with. We visited three other Orange County flooring companies before choosing Paul Davis. When our house flooded Paul Davis wasn’t the first company that we called, but it should have been! This company has been AMAZING!!! From the beginning and the crew that came to our house they were all very professional and respectful. At a time in our life when everything was turned upside down and we were stressed out, they treated us like family and took care of us and our house. The point person that we had, Chad, was awesome and went above and beyond in every area. It took over 2 months for our house to be completely restored and he was always available and full of knowledge and insight. We couldn’t have handpicked a better person to oversee our project or company to handle the work. Unfortunately we were put out of our home for 2 and a half months, but now we know who to call if something happens again. Thank you Chad and Paul Davis!

Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling of Southern California were amazing to work with. Chad, Victor and Michael were an awesome crew, always helpful and friendly and did quality work on my home after extensive water damage in the downstairs living area.
