All Clean did an amazing job. From the time I called until they picked up the equipment. They responded in my house in less than hour in doing that it get my damage at a minimum. They are very professional and very polite. Highly recommend them 100%

This company ran a restoration project 40k dollars over the original bid and 3 times longer than promised. Contractors were unprofessional and took multiple days at times to respond. When the bathrooms were redone, they disposed tile down my drain. They would not take ownership of them doing it and told me I had nothing in my pipes. Once I got my own plumbing crew out and they got video of whole pieces of tile, I was able to get all clean to return my charge and reimburse my plumbing cost. In addition to this, I was cursed out multiple times by the contractor whenever I called about issues or things being done incorrectly on the house. When I brought it up to management recently, I was not apologized too and only told he was under a lot of stress. Any company that thinks that cursing is acceptable when talking to their customers does not deserve my business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a great experience with this company. They came out the same day and did What they had to do to make sure moisture and mold would be eliminated before our remodel began. Highly recommend them.

Phenomenal Response and Service! All-Clean came through my rescue! I’m new in the area and am caring for my 89 yr old father. He flooded his bathroom accidentally. Water seeped into 2 closets, 2 bedrooms and hallway. We are rural and it was evening. I cleaned up the best I could. I called the insurance company at 8:00 am the next morning. They gave me All-Cleans number. All-Clean was here within the hour. The 2-man crew was polite, professional and efficient. They tested for water throughout the home, cutaway wet carpet and pad and placed the wet carpet/pad in plastic bags so they didn’t drip water on the rest of the flooring. They explained everything as they worked. The took pictures for the insurance company. The made the walkway safe for my dad, removed tacks and taped down raw edges of carpet. They placed 8 fans throughout the house and one dehumidifier. All this and they were done before noon! They are my heroes! Excellent service and a job well done.

All clean was here within an hour. They got the floors pulled up and the equipment going within an hour or so. Very nice came on time to pick everything up and we’re so considerate.

All-Clean USA, in Conway, AR did an excellent job. The response time was very quick & it was on a weekend. The employees were very professional. They explained what they were going to do & gave me an additional phone number to contact if I needed to ask a question. Will definitely use again as well as refer friends to them if needed.
