We contacted Paul Davis to address water intrusion (and black mold) within our bedroom wall. With a focus on customer service, Keith and team did a great job of ensuring all aspects of the project were handled professionally. Great communication throughout the project. Highly recommended.

We had a water leak that affected two floors+crawlspace. Insurance company sent out the Paul Davis remediation team of Zach and Cullen. The branch’s owner, Keith came out the first day as well and occasionally popped in to check on things. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They walked us through the process and the metrics they were using to determine the water remediation plan. They performed daily monitoring (including a holiday!) and kept us updated each step of the way. Since they had a close relationship with the insurance company, they were able to communicate directly with them without having us play middleman. Fortunately, they still kept us in the loop since that could have gone both ways. They were transparent on what the options and recommendations were based on instrument readings, what they were waiting for insurance approval, and alternative solutions, etc. They kept things contained, protected our things, and cleaned up at the end. Plus, our cat didn’t escape or appear traumatized from the work. I don’t typically write reviews but they asked for one and their local team did do us a solid so far. It’s a fairly new franchise branch and honestly, I was a little nervous at first with it being Paul Davis, and its national company reputation. I figured good work from the local remediation team should at least be acknowledged.
