I was upset wrote a bad review. Thought it was Servicemaster in big delay of our place. Turns out our insurance company was the Problem. Servicemaster is doing a fine job. Drywallers, where great! Project is still in works. I’m sure it will be done to our satisfaction. Thank you Servicemaster.

Adina, Daela, and Elena managed a serious restoration to my mothers house. They are technically competent. They provided all the information we needed to connect with our insurance company. My mother needed to move in with us while the work was done, and we live 100 miles from her home. They kept us informed of all the necessary steps, timelines, materials, and processes for the project. They sent us samples of materials to approve, and various choices for the materials needed. They are exceptionally responsive all questions and concerns, whether administrative or construction related. They needed to move furniture and box up most of the household furnishings. They took great care of all my mothers’ belongings. Not a single thing broken. Bubble wrapped up her pictures and more. This was a tremendous amount of work and they did a professional job with all of it. The end construction result was fantastic. This team is great. My entire family recommends their services to anyone who needs them. We couldn’t have got a better service!!!

We have only the highest regard for Adina and her crew. They handled our flood and multiple problems with care and complete professionalism/managing insurance and replacements/all done in record time.Our home is even better now! Adina and her team were very helpful throughout the process. They stayed in communication with frequent updates and addressed concerns right away. I really can’t say enough about this company. I interacted with Adina, Daela, and Elena. All 3 have listened to my concerns and have explained every step of their process to me. Adina, specifically, as the owner of the company, advocated on my behalf to get my insurance claim approved. She understood the language of the insurance policy and knew that my water damage issue was covered, even though the insurance adjuster strongly tried to convince me that it was not covered and that it would be denied. Adina is my personal Erin Brockovich LOL. I love that this company has strong women in leadership positions. They were the water damage restoration company that took the time to work with me and assure me that everything would be okay. All 3 women have been very communicative, very detailed in their explanations, very pleasant, and very empathetic. It really was a breath of fresh air to work with a company like this, especially after dealing with other unprofessional and unscrupulous businesses recently.

Had a leak under a shower stall. Contacted my insurance company and they set us up with ServiceMaster Restoration by Ciocea to fix and repair the damage. Valentin, Elena, Adina and the rest of the crew were very caring and professional. Valentin did an awesome job with the flooring, drywall and bathtub install. My wife loves the results. Elena and Adina were a very big help in dealing with the insurance company. That seemed to be a very complex process that I was happy to have them lift that burden from me. I highly recommend them and in fact I had Valentin come back and do some work on my other bathroom.

These people helped me so much. I had so much questions and got everything answered ! James was the one that helped me the most. I highly trust these people they are professionals and not some people just trying to get the work done. I definitely will be keeping them in my contacts from now on 🙂
