I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to UDK for the quick response to our catastrophic water leak disaster Sunday evening 07/07/24. Their response team showed up a mere 2 hrs after we placed the call, arriving at 10pm and didn’t leave until after 2am. The team of Brandon & Tonka were fantastic and we are so grateful for their professionalism and for helping calm our nerves. It was a truly stressful experience the they were instrumental in getting us through the toughest time of the evening. Absolutely, incredible service. Not only were they quick and efficient, but they communicated well. They arrived on time, they immediately got to work. They cleaned up the area well and not just the big things, but made sure that the area looked good. They spoke with managers about what kind of temperorary solutions would best fit. We had a large commercial window knocked out. They were there within hours to clean up tons of glass and metal. They scoured the area and then got everything boarded up neat and securely. Will absolutely be using them again if ever needed

I am incredibly impressed with the high quality work UDK has done in our home and the professionalism exhibited by their employees. Russell has come out to our home several times and each time we are even more impressed with his work. Russell is always willing to answer any questions I have and walk me through the clean up and remediation process. I have appreciated his attention to detail and cheerful attitude. He has been very careful to protect our furniture and has always left our home better than he found it. We are so grateful for the work he has done in our home and would highly recommend Utah Disaster Kleenup to anyone in need of their services!

Both men were very polite, explained the process and were very respectful in our home. I would definitely recommend UDK. Both men continued working until job as completed. Did a great Job on clean up!!
