The fine men who came to our home from Restore Core to clean after an oven fire turned a sooty mess into a sparkling home. They were extremely professional but also friendly while working very hard to clean even the smallest items which were then put back to the exact place they had been. They did it quickly and we could not possibly be happier with Restore Core.

We had a terrible experience. The job took forever to complete, and the job wasn’t done well. The wood floors they put in were badly scratched by the workers, after the floors were installed. The paint job was horrible. They got paint on the wood floors. The chair rail on one side of a window is 2 inches higher than on the other side. They failed to restore our garage floor to it’s original condition. We had to make arrangements to get it done ourselves and would up paying for a large amount of the garage floor replacement out of pocket. They are moving extremely slowly on completing the warranty work. They still need to replace a cracked window sash, a lock that doesn’t work, they need to finish caulking, and they need to finish reparing a crack in the drywall.

Our church was recently contaminated by soot as a result of a furnace “puffback”, we chose RestoreCore to be our restoration contractor. We are delighted as their team of Art and Lisa Fox did an excellent job with the cleanup and painting of the sooted building. The management team of Ryan, Bob and Paulette did an outstanding job of coordinating efforts. Anyone seeking this type of company for your project, you will do well, and we highly recommend them. I highly recommend the knowledgeable staff from Restore Core, they are prompt, courteous and the crews they dispatch are always professional. As a home owner my insurance company sent them on my first claim, on the second claim I DEMANDED they send them. Having owned a carpet cleaning company for over 23 years Restore Core is the company I recommend to my customers.
