United Home Builders Inc 4 years agoUnited Homes has built 2 homes for us now. Each one is perfect. Each time my wife and I had a great experience. If I had to describe Bob, three words come to mind – kind, compassionate and patient. Why those words? Because he makes the process of building a house enjoyable, while taking into account that we are juggling work, kids, activities and emotions. Look he is everything else you would want in a builder – smart, professional, cost effective, and experienced too. Your end product is an exceptional home, made with the best quality products and installed by the best tradesmen. Bob walks you through the entire process, if you so choose, and answers every question along the way. Believe me, we would call him in the morning, at night, on the weekend and even 5 yrs after he built our house. He would always answer our calls and would happily want to help us. Bob is not your typical builder – sell it and forget it. You can count on him from inception and all the way through the process, and even beyond that. How many builders do you know who have been building for 25+ yrs? You get the best home for your budget. He doesn’t skimp on anything. I remember turning the key, for the very first time, when we walked into our house. We stood tin the doorway and just smiled as we looked all around at OUR new beautiful HOME.

Master Tiling Inc 4 weeks agoWe had Alex install our kitchen tile backsplash. Alex is amazing. He starts his work on time. He is very neat and reasonably priced. He is a great craftsman. Very particular about his work. The Tile pattern we picked was not easy to apply but Alex assured us he could work with the tile pattern. He did an amazing job! He is so good at his job we called him to do some carpentry redesign on our columns in our dinning room and hang some artwork for us. Alex came through for us again! There’s not much he can’t do. We love working with him. You will too. Don’t hesitate to call Alex. He is the best!

Legacy Restoration LLC 17 hours agoMatt Henkle was the account executive that came to our home to provide an estimate and he was fantastic! By far was the most professional, patient, and best communicator out of every roofing company we spoke with (we interviewed at least 6 different companies). He also took the time to follow-up with us after the meeting to answer all of our additional questions. We really appreciated Matt’s ability to listen and educate us on the company’s process and the roofing process. Thank you so much Matt! We haven’t done our roofing project yet but were so impressed with their sales team and wanted to make sure they were recognized!

Kitchen Refresh of Naperville Territory a year agoWe had been contemplating a kitchen remodel for a half-dozen years. For myriad reasons, the commitment to move forward had been postponed. In the winter of 2022, the time was right! I started researching a “refresh” rather than a gut job and found Alissa and Chris. After a couple other estimates, I knew Kitchen Refresh of Naperville was our first and top choice for the job. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome! We did add some construction changes to the refresh project so we can vouch for both the kitchen refresh and the construction work. We were very pleased with Alissa’s commitment to listening to our specific wishes and finding just the right thing to suit our needs. I liked her attention to detail in all things—big or small and her ongoing communication during the project. I believe the thing that initially sealed the deal was being able to go to the showroom and see the quality of the product and the color choices in person, BUT the quality of work and cooperative /collaborative relationship with both Chris and Alissa is what has us singing their praises

InTime Construction 3 years agoCarlos and his guys have done all our remodels in both our houses. Most reasonable pricing, responsive and does good work. Below they did our whole kitchen remodel, the 2 light fixtures in kitchen, as well as the entire laundry room. Great work!
