This company is very unprofessional… They have made 3 different appointments, and not shown to any of them, Always an excuse after the fact. They very rarely return emails or calls, The day of they just don’t show up. This company needs to go out of business. I find it extremely funny that 3 no shows, and the response to this review. It’s been more than a week ago, and no call, or emails.. Seems like lip service becuase of a bad review

We have made 3 different appointments with this company, taken time off of work and they have not showed up or called. They don’t answer their phone or return calls. Very unprofessional.

I had my roof, skylights, and gutters replaced, and Roofcrafters did everything just right. I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the whole team, their help to understand my insurance claim and the billing, their willingness to answer all my questions (I had a lot!) and since then I have referred several neighbors and friends to them with good results. Though they are based in Cheyenne, they have no problem with coming over to Laramie for work, so I’m so glad I found them!

Such great people to work with. The crew was polite and efficient. They made sure everything was picked up in the yard at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend Bob, Stacey and their staff for any job!

Great job, Very professional, I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have the barn re roofed. Bob recommended the best roofing and his crew were great. I have already had neighbors asking “who did your roof?” So nice to have someone show up and do the job as promised. Second time using Roofcrafters.
