Tri-County just completed a re-roof of our circa 1968 house in just one day. Also included was the replacement of several sections of gutter. They did a terrific job, and the cleanup was so thorough that you’d never have known they were here. There were a few other things that really stood out. First, out of the three proposals that I received, theirs included some thoughtful recommendations for improving the attic ventilation. Even with the extra work, their estimate was very competitive. Second, the communication throughout the process couldn’t have been better. The project manager checked in with us regularly and came over this morning for a final inspection to ensure that all the work had been completed to their standards. At this inspection, he noticed that the gutter sub-contractor hadn’t installed a “diverter” in a corner joint. Within a couple of hours, the sub came back to fix this small oversight. Finally, their services include an annual inspection at no additional charge for the next ten years!

These guy’s are awesome! Joe,Brian,Luke,Tony and Steven were great.They kept us updated on our progress of our project.We did the complete exterior of our house it looks like a brand new build.We couldn’t be happier with the results. Tri-County did a fantastic job replacing my House and Garage roof and house gutters! Sam was clear and thorough with getting me a quote, he also did a wonderful job explaining the process to me and making sure I was comfortable to proceed. Luke the project manager was exactly what I hoped for before, during, and after the project was complete. There were a couple of tiny hiccups at the end of it all but Luke was quick to resolve those and take care of me, and I don’t think you can ask for much more than that! 10/10 recommend this company, they do great work and they’ll take care of you from start to finish and beyond!
