When we decided to replace our aging roof, we contacted several roofing companies. Tim ensured we had the right roofing materials for our needs including new shingles, flat roof membrane, gutters, and leaf guards. All this at a great price too! Tim made great suggestions that other roofing companies did not consider, like removing our metal chimney after noticing our water heater and furnace were both side vented. The crew was efficient and meticulous in cleaning up. Very satisfied with our new roof and gutters and Home Pro Roofing.

We recently had our roof replaced by Home Pro Roofing. We had a great experience from start to finish with communication, execution and end result. Tim’s approach to the estimate and talking through what to expect at the start was great and throughout the process. We had a more complicated roof that included a flat roof transition. He was great at answering questions, educating and giving options. He went above and framed out a door to make it a window to prevent future water damage. The crew was efficient and meticulous in cleaning up. Very satisfied with our experience.

The Home Pro Roofing team was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, thorough, and patient with all of our questions. They addressed all of our concerns honestly and promptly. Their pricing was also competitive and reasonable when compared to the competition. They did an amazing job on our roof; it looks awesome! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! UPDATE: We wanted to provide an update to our review as things have not held up as they were expected to. When we first spoke with Home Pro Roofing we had requested an estimate for the replacement of our roof and gutters. We spent a great deal of time explaining the issues we were having with our gutters and the concerns that we had. We spent time physically showing them the issues with the gutters we were having to make sure they were explicitly aware of the issues and what we were hoping to accomplish with the replacement of the gutters. They told us in full confidence that they could do the work and correct the issues. Based on that assurance, we decided to contract them for the work we needed done. However, only a short time after the work was completed the same issues that we were experiencing prior to the replacement of our gutters was happening again. We tried to reach Jeff about the issue, and he came to our house only to tell us that our concern was nothing. The issue persisted, so we again contacted Jeff. This time, he did not even bother to come to our house but instead left us a voicemail explaining what he thought the issue was without even looking at it and in so many words told us we were overreacting. At that point, we attempted to contact the owner, Ryan, and he did not even give us the courtesy to respond. We then tried to contact him again to be told he would call us back, but again we were not given a response at that time either. It was not until we contacted Ryan and said that we were going to contact the BBB before a response finally came in. Subsequently, Ryan showed up to our house unannounced with the individual who did installed the gutters and made a very shoddy attempt to fix the issue. The “fix” of caulking a roof shingle to the end of the gutter in the valley of the roof actually caused water to begin leaking behind the gutter and down the fascia and the soffit. When we tried to talk to Ryan about our concerns with the “fix” that was given, we were told that he was not willing to provide any further solutions. Since their installation of our gutters, we have water leaking behind the gutter onto fascia and the soffit in multiple areas, and in the area that he “fixed”, the problem that was there before the gutters were even installed is STILL happening. This company’s lack of communication, misleading promises, and shoddy workmanship should be taken into consideration when thinking about selecting this company to do work on your home. We have made multiple attempts to have our issues addressed only to be ignored, told there was no problem, or that nothing else could be done. Now they have thousands of dollars from us and we still have the same problem. Do not hire this company to perform work on your home. We have shown and attempted to show them pictures and videos of the concerns we have, but that doesn’t matter because they refuse remedy the situation. If you have any issues after they receive your money, good luck!

We had new roofing installed on our home in the Spring of 2018. Their estimate was very favorable compared to the ones offered by four other companies. All the materials utilized, namely, Owens Corning, were high quality. The roofing crew were very efficient in their removal of the old roofing & their installing of the new. Clean up afterwards was very good. We received many compliments regarding the appearance of new roof & its enhancement to our home.

I was due for a new roof and was recommended Home Pro Roofing. Jeff was easy to work with and I would recommend him. He also came out the next day to do a final walk around to make sure everything was good to go.

We had just purchased a home in January and needed some estimates for roof repair vs replacement. Unknown to us, our timing wasn’t great because there had just been a hailstorm in the local area and everyone doing roofing was in extreme demand. After contacting 4 businesses, Ryan was the only one who picked up the phone on the first call. He was the only one who was willing to look at my roof to evaluate repair vs .replacement for no charge (others would only estimate on a replacement.) He was the only one to do that estimate work himself, and he was the only one to explain in detail what he found and his concern about one particular area wearing through to the board below imminently. He came out on a weekend, at no charge to patch that spot before we had even agreed to go with his estimate because he didn’t want larger damage to occur. He was extremely busy like everyone else, but he made me, his customer a priority and followed up consistently even if it was at between 8pm and 9pm at night. Home Pro Roofing is an Owens Corning preferred contractor so this means a great warranty, and I like that they also recycle old shingles because hey, we’ve only got 1 planet. Bonus, his estimate was better than the others I received. The work they did was phenomenal, the new roof looks great, and the yard was spotless afterward. Thank you for the excellent communication and treating my roof like your roof. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Great company to work with! Worked with Jeff and he was awesome to work with. Had damage to my roof and he had a crew out here within two weeks to install a new roof. The crew they had was fantastic. Looks amazing and they made sure everything, including all nails and staples, were picked up. Would definitely recommend.

From retaining Home Pro Ryan Hawley in July 2019, new roof, to our latest contact, regarding the hail damage we received on 04/12/22, nothing has changed. My husband and I were told our roof was guaranteed for 30 years. Never explained it was ONLY FOR manufacturing defects. This is the reason we choose the 30 year warranty. Hawley’s communication is non-existent. Had to bring a Sheriff’s Deputy with me to pay our roofing bill, that we received from our homeowners insurance. Would never recommend Home Pro.
