They were working on our neighbors’ home(our neighbor has their own driveway). They parked their work truck in our driveway. We asked them nicely but they were unprofessional. They put materials in our driveway and against our house!

I’m delighted to share my positive review of Martin’s Roofing Dog, based on our outstanding experience with them. We went out for a handful of bids for a complete tear-off and re-roofing in late-February 2024. From the very beginning, Todd’s responsiveness and friendly demeanor set the tone for exceptional service. His willingness to address all of my questions via both phone and email-both before and after the estimate-demonstrates a commitment to clear communication and customer satisfaction. Todd told us exactly when to expect his crew, which made it smoother planning for us. The crew was very punctual. Arriving promptly at 7 am, they wasted no time getting to work. They tackled a complete tear-off, replaced a skylight, and added a water diverter—all in 1-1/2 days. That was impressive! They even added two new roof vents. The crew’s professionalism shines through. Not only did they complete a high quality job efficiently, but they also left our property tidy—both in the front and backyard. I would highly recommend Martin’s Roofing Dogs for any roofing need. Clearly outstanding! Definitely an A+ company.

We had a great experience with Martin & Sons. We had gotten a handful of quotes and decided to settle on using them based on pricing and quick response time. The guys who came to repair the roof were quick, efficient, and professional. They cleaned everything up afterwards – around the sides of our house and in both the front and backyard. I’ve found a nail here and there in our mulch over time, but if you’ve ever seen the amount of nails that go into a roof, I think that is to be expected. We just did a good sweep of the yard before mowing, no big deal. Todd was great to work with and let us know exactly when the crew was coming. It took about a full working day for them to complete. It’s been 3 years since we had our roof done and I’ve recommended them to all our homeowner friends in the market for a new roof. Highly suggest!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They showed up at 7am Thursday morning no notice. Then left a mess. Came back Friday but not till 9am they were rude and unprofessional. Then knocked on our door asking us to heat up their lunches. They then worked until 9:30pm after me expressing we had children and it was unacceptable for them to be drilling and cutting boards so late. They left leaving theirs lunches, literal pack of tortillas, a kitchen knives, and we have found 25 nails so far in obvious places. They did not return until 1pm the following Monday, and still left waste everywhere including the neighbors yards. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO YOUR WORST ENEMY.

Very incompetent company, total disregard for other peoples property. Beware if they are working next to you. They left black shingle marks all over my new siding (should have leaned plywood up against it) and would have burned up my central air unit had I not been home to catch it being covered up with tarp and shingles.

Called to get estimates on small area when shingles are missing and recieved an estimate for entire roof removal didn’t even bother telling me why ..said ti call my insurance company

Called had a quoted completed and sent in 2 days and work was completed the next week all in one day. Roof looks great! Thank you!!!
