Although they did a nice job replacing our roof they totally ghosted us in doing any of the other work they gave a bid on and turned into insurance and our mortgage company. I tried for 6 weeks to get a hold of Jeff and he NEVER returned my call. I wasted so much time trying to connect that now our additional repairs can’t happen until next spring. I was given the excuse of how busy they are but it is absolutely ridiculous that someone can’t return a call – takes a minute. So unprofessional. And if they were only interested in doing the roof, they should have stated that as we would have gone with someone else. Maybe that is the point! Stay away if you want a professional company that follows through!

They did quality work. Biggest problem is getting hold of my contact person. Phone calls are not returned and emails are not answered. Maybe they have just been so busy, but contact person could call. He said he’d call me a week ago for siding and still waiting.

This guy will tell you he is a self-proclaimed Christian but in reality he stole our rebate check from the manufacture and tried to give us half of it. Then when we tried to deposit the check he put a stop on the check so we never even got the half he tried to give us. It took him seven months to complete a roof, gutters and to reinstall shutters on the upstairs windows.One neighbor on our street attempted to sue the guy because he ripped off $3000 from them and another neighbor who is a lawyer had to threaten to sue him to get his money back. I would strongly advise you stay away from this self-proclaimed Christian contractor!

For the last 2 months I tried to get Mr. Pechacek to check for an issue at my home. It looks like that after some years small jobs are not of interest by this company. At least should have had the honesty to let me know that was not interested becuase it was a small job.
