We have all seen what happens when a community is struck by a destructive storm. Roofs, siding, windows in need of repair or replacement. The salesmen show up at your door from who knows where? How do you choose one company over another to take care of your problem? They all talk a good story and show photos supposedly of their work. My advice – pick a local contractor with a connection, an interest, and a presence in your community. That’s what I did. I chose Hutton Roofing Company. Hutton Roofing did not call me. I called them. I had heard of their quality of work and was interested in hiring locally. I am extremely happy with my choice. Hutton Roofing replaced my hail damaged roof in one day. They showed up when they said they would. The Invoice matched the Estimate. Nothing was left in my yard upon completion. No pallets, no extra shingles, flashing, etc. My yard looked like they had never been there. Owner Matt Hutton is your quintessential contractor. Polite, personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest. He listens and explains. The work done by Hutton Roofing was very professional. The cleanup was immaculate. The crew worked hard and steady. I am hoping that I (and the community) will not be hit by another bad storm but if we are and if I need work done, I will be running to the phone to call Matt; and I will be recommending his services to all my friends. You just can’t beat the comfort and trust in hiring locally – especially when receiving quality work like that from Hutton Roofing Company.

We had a great experience working with Matt to get our roof and gutters replaced after a hail storm. He looked over the report from the insurance company, requested a few changes to make sure the full cost of replacement would be covered, and got the entire roof replaced in a single day, minimizing the disruption on us. It was great having someone so knowledgeable help us navigate an insurance claim for the first time, and the new roof looks great!

We had a great experience working with Matt Hutton! Very friendly, patient and easy to communicate with. I’m sure many of our questions were very basic (even stupid at times) but Matt fielded all of them thoroughly and professionally. We had a full roof replacement done in 1 day. Hutton Roofing Company installed our new roof after last years storm that hit Hudson. They worked with the insurance company to perform a second inspection on my detached garage. After a nasty hail storm, we contacted Matt at Hutton Roofing Company and he worked with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. We were able to get this done relatively quickly with the shingles we wanted – no easy task after a storm of this size. His crew was very pleasant and easy to work with and we are very happy with our new roof. This work was done in a day including the cleanup. We also needed new gutters and downspouts and Matt connected us with someone to do the work. Matt is careful, detail oriented and very personable and we would highly recommend him and his company.
