I had a minor concern with a bird nest in our spouting that affected a section of the shingles. H&S quickly responded to my email and visited our home with one day. The visit took less than 30 minutes and the matter was assessed, fixed and left better than before. Excellent service!

My wife and I got our roof done by H&S nearly 20 years ago. The quality, care and service has remained the gold star standard for roofers, in other words…the competition is still trying to chase what this company does. Every neighbor, family member, friend, co-worker have been directed to H&S by us – there is no company better! 20 years later we just got a roof done for a big house of my father in laws in DePere. The reason for this review is – WOW! The communication, professionalism from all staff from start to finish was top notch! The work, the clean up and follow up to make sure of our satisfaction is something you just dont see any more in the world we live in! The thing that struck me is that Paul (the owner) is FROM Green Bay, he comes from a long line of family from this area. He gets what customer service is and built a company that other are till trying to immolate. Well done H&S! There is NO other choice for a roofing contractor 💪🏼🇺🇸 PERIOD!

Great service from the office people and coordinators to the roofers. Looks Great. Tear off and replaced in one day by 5pm. No mess, no nails or scraps laying around.

Today we contacted H and S Roofing about a leaky roof. A couple of hours later Paul was on our roof to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a minor repair. Paul provided us with a detailed description of what was needed as well as photos. When it comes time to replace our roof we will be contacting them!

From first contact with this company to the final finished roof and cleanup,I have been thrilled by their amazing customer service and professionalism! They had an estimate to me within hours, complete with pictures explaining what would be done. They met all deadlines BEFORE they were even due! They put me on an emergency repair list and had the roof done within the week of contract acceptance. I would 100% recommend them for any roofing needs!!!!! Thanks H&S for making this job so seamless!!!!!

H and S recently did a tear off and put on new shingles at my home. The office staff was very responsive to any questions we had through the process. The crew on site was very efficient, and thorough. It was a windy day which made debris pick up a little more difficult, but they did a fantastic job cleaning up the area. At one point the entire crew was walking around with magnets to make sure they picked up all the nails. Paul, one of the owners stopped out during the job to make sure that everything was being done to manufacture specs so the warranty would no be voided. H and S was recommended to me by others, and I will be sure to do the same.

I had a leaking skylight. H and S came right away installed a new skylight. Since then I have no leaking issue. Everyone there is very professional and courteous.

The owner came and did a walk through of full inspection. I felt very secure and I received a copy of their insurance. The workers put down a tarp all around the house to catch nails and such. The bottom line is my roof looks beautiful. I highly recommend H&S roofing.

I can’t say enough about how great they were. I called about a roof leak and they were able to get out same day to assess the issue. Paul was incredibly friendly and able to solve my problem right away. Will use these folks in the future and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
