We just finished a small but important job on our 1929 house, a new flat roof on our shake rug porch off our second floor. Isthmus Roofing was five stars and way beyond our expectations. From the initial call and then Boyd’s (initial contact) consultation & well articulated options, and his follow-up and ongoing communication; to the crew chief and crew who installed the roof; to the clean up; and finally the easy and transparent billing — all was done in a very professional and quality manner. A day after the billing, we received the written 20 YEAR Warranty & guarantee. My wife and I would use them again in an instant and would be first in line to recommend them to other friends looking for a local roofer.

Being new to the area I did not have a go to roofing contractor, I called Isthmus because of the positive reviews I found online. Nate stopped by in short order to look at an issue we were having with our roof. After identifying the problem as something that could be addressed with DIY fix, he gave me a few pointers and was on his way. When I attempted the DIY it did not go as I hoped it would (operator error on my part) I called Nate and asked his advice. Instead of giving me more pointers Nate came out early on a Saturday morning, fixed the issue himself and even showed me a couple of insider “tricks”. I cannot say enough good things about Isthmus Roofing and Nate, if there were an option to give ten stars I would do so. Nate was prompt, personable, extremely knowledgeable, highly ethical and willing to share his knowledge and his time. One of the absolute best experiences I ever had when calling blindly to someone I did not previously know, extremely impressed with everything about the people and the company!

Nate knows roofs. We had wind damage, and him and his crew took care of us. He is a good, fair contractor who does good work, the right way. Would highly recommend him for any roofing need.

I had a wonderful experience with Isthmus Roofing! Very prompt response and fair pricing. Boyd even put a temporary patch on my roof because rain was in the forecast. The repair crew was able to get over much sooner than I expected and did a fantastic job. They fixed some errors a previous contractor had made, finished the job in one day, and even cleaned out my gutters! Highly recommend, and will be back for any roofing needs.

Whenever someone I know mentions needing a roof replaced/repaired I always tell them to give Nate a call. We had our roof replaced 2 years ago and we’re still getting compliments. Quality and integrity go hand in hand with Isthmus roofing.

My wife and I really enjoyed the communication, price, and workmanship from Isthmus. Nate was easy to work with and even came out on a Saturday for a quote once I noticed some ceiling spots earlier in the morning. Isthmus not only did our roof, but soffit/fascia, and gutters as well. Everything looks great, so definitely recommend.

Nate and his team re-shingled our roof sometime back. It was an exceptional experience. Nate educated us about the entire process, helped us with picking the shingles and was so easy to work with. The work was great and the roof looks beautiful. But what struck me the most was how easy it was to work with Nate and how amazingly responsive he was. Even last week when we were hit by the storm I emailed Nate to request him to come check on our roof. He responded within an hour and was at our house the next day. This is my very first google review of any service provider- and I can’t think of a better company to start with than Isthmus Roofing.

Great experience w/Isthmus Roofing. Grateful that Nate responded very quickly, within a short time, same day, after we left message. He was already completely booked, but squeezed us in for emergency tarp placement due to hole in roof from fallen tree branch. Definitely recommend Nate&Isthmus Roofing.
