I purchased gutters manufactured by American Construction Metals (ACM). They came with a written warranty which promised the gutters would not “split or crack” due to cold weather. After the second winter that is exactly what happened. The gutters were bent, twisted and cracked, by exposure to simple ice and snow. When I made a claim under the warranty to the Beloit, Wisconsin location of ACM the company refused to do anything. They claimed the gutters were damaged by an “act of God.” It is hard to imagine any weather related damage caused to a gutter that is not related to an act of God. In essence, ACM just refused to honor their written warranty or to assist their customer. I recommend you not buy any gutters manufactured by this company. They make a terrible product and don’t care about their customers.

Terrible place to work. Company is owned by a billionaire who became a billionaire by exploiting human labor. Poverty level wages. Employees are treated very badly. Avoid at all costs if you want to feed your kids.

Company does not treat new employees good, the heavyset lady Linda,the material handler manager is trash, Don’t waste your your time working there,most jobs pay more anyway.

Beloit, WI location The production manager has these meetings at start of shift were tell production and scrap rates and time the cost to company. But offer no ideas to reduce it. Anybody can complain about it. How about some answers!! Do you want to hear this everyday at work? And trying find why this is going on. Stop guessing. poor qualtiy from vendors, lack of training?

My daughter’s been here for five years has all kinds of jobs there and she still not making $19 an hour any beginner hard time about getting a raise the people in management the people are just started there are making almost as much as she is and I think that’s unfair and I told her to find another job but they make it hard for her I wouldn’t recommend working there at all.

Don’t ever work here. Management is awful in the factory department, and you are threatened with your job every day. The turnover rate for factory work is insane. Look somewhere else.
