We had two roofs repaired by Above the Peak Construction. The most recent was the house roof. We went with a metal roof and couldn’t be happier with the result. The guys finished up on the 4th of July! The entire process from quote to repair was efficient, pleasant and professional. They even addressed two small repairs that were not in the original scope of the project. Will definitely call Above The Peak again!

Dave and crew were extremely professional from start to finish. This was a unique project centered on rebuilding an existing garage, to a larger footprint, and retrussing the roof in order to make the attic space usable and accessible. This was followed by matching the home with like siding and trim-coil wrap. ATP worked with every requirement we gave them for the project. Communication was solid. Workmanship was excellent. Details were taken care of. Even weeks after project close, ATP came out and secured a piece of compromised siding that had dislodged in a dormer from a wind storm, followed by further reinforcing similar pieces. We are very satisfied with the project result and look forward to enjoying these new spaces. I would not hesitate to call on Dave again for any project large or small. I highly recommend ATP to all for any remodeling or building needs!

Our company Ormond Landscaping has worked along side of Dave and his crew for the past few years. His skills as a roofing contractor continue to impress our entire company. It’s a breath of fresh air to see other young contractors that are honest and take pride in their work. Dave and his crew are real go getters and we will be having them come to build our new shop as we expand. I cant say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

A few years ago Above the Peak reroofed and replaced windows on a house for me. Recently, they performed some roof repairs on my current house. Dave actually answered the phone (which is a rarity for contractors these days unfortunately), provided me a quick quote at a fair price, and performed the repairs in short order. Communication was great through the whole process both times. Highly recommended.

They replaced windows and put on metal roof .they didn’t clean up there mess , left nails everywhere, terrible job on window instal took another of short cuts screwed over a oldlady? .gave them free advertising for 2 plus years . Big mistake! Tried contacting about issues . Very short and rude never fixed issues! Stay away

Very happy with my new roof. Dave was very polite and professional, easy to work with. They came early in the morning and had the job done before the end of the day. He went above and beyond what our agreement called for. I would definitely go with Above the Peak Construction again if the need ever arises.
