Troy was a good guy. Was prompt to getting job done. The roofing was good although sloppy in several unnoticeable spots (coming off roof into gutter vicinity). Not sure they monitor their phones or email and was questionable when I reached out several months ago to get final invoice from them for insurance. I never heard back and had to forfeit a difference of $700+ for a 19 year old roof versus 1 year old roof. 5/3/24: Adjusted my star rating and review to 3 after finally getting the invoice several months later…but again…too late for 2024.

I had my Roof done last fall and I had some issues they sent a team over didn’t even correct the issues it looks awful the group that did my gutters buckled the facia and now the shingles are all wavy and Had a leak in my bathroom they sent someone over to fix it didn’t even touch it . There are bubbles in the shingles and over all Very poor quality and have tried reaching out for some odd months now and won’t even answer my calls looks like small claims court to me ….

Troy and his team were extremely professional, great cleanup, follow thru, and helpful in the replacement of the roof and gutters. They did a wonderful job in documenting and filing the hail damage report after the initial insurance inspector and 3 other roofing companies denied its existence. We highly recommend.

They were supportive throughout as I was disputing the damages with my insurance company and came out multiple times to help show what the ins co was missing. Got the job done quickly and very professional throughout. I will definitely use them again if needed

Once the foreman left there was no one that spoke clear English have found many nails and gutter clippings on the ground. I also called to ask about a pallet of 3 bundles of shingles left in the yard for 4 months. The girl that answered the phone said to keep them. I just left them in the yard. After a snow storm they came to get them. The took the shingles and left the pallet in the yard. They did a nice job on the house. The garage had the facia torn off by the installer. It was in need of replacement, they kicked and beat on it until it busted loose as I watched them.

Super easy to work and communicate with. Very professional. They made the whole process very easy. They were so accommodating with our schedule, even willing to stop their day early and come back the next day so our baby could go to bed at her normal time. Very happy with their service – would recommend!
