If you’re in need of roof work, not sure if work needs to be done, or looking to get your roof cleaned, I highly recommend Northwest Roof Maintenance. An initial consultation left us assured our roof was in good hands. A team of technicians came out and my husband and I were thoroughly impressed by how hard-working and professional they were. Jake, Josh, and Alex worked through a hot summer day, producing quality work, while giving us progress updates and engaging in professional, friendly conversations. They were wonderful, knowledgeable, and invested in their work. We are very happy with the work they did and plan to make them our go to roof contact for all future needs.

My leak repair and skylight replacement was completed quickly and looks great. The two repair teams (Tanner & Jake S, Josh & Pablo) were quick and professional with the repairs. Estimator Micah was extremely helpful and took the time to not only explain leak issues/cause, but to also advise on what to look out for in the future.

Josh and crew did a great job, I had had a bad experience with a roof cleaning company prior so I really appreciated the fact that they showed up on time, went right to work on my 3000 square foot roof and were completely done in around six hours and cleaned up all the moss from the yard and patio. A key factor in selecting them from the other bids I received was how Jordan broke out the items that needed to be repaired, as opposed to others that just have a flat price, which I feared they would come back later with add on costs. I may also add, that NW Roofing was not the low cost bidder, but you get what you pay for, I will use them again.

Jake came to repair the leak on our roof caused by a fall protection anchor. He removed the old one, fixed the adjacent area, installed a new one and replaced shingles with a darn good match. VERY nice young man, professional, informative and friendly. He obviously likes his work. We’re highly pleased with the completed project.

Quality workmanship and professional service! Ruben takes the time and photos to evaluate then explain any roof issues. Joey, Josh, Brian, and Jake arrived on time and tirelessly worked into the evening to make sure our roof was properly repaired, buttoned up, and ready for the next storm. An excellent team!
