Left a bunch of garbage after they finished. Broke my skylight and refused to replace it. Installed my pellet stove pipe up against my rafters careless fire hazard. Don’t use this company if you value time, money or quality.

Do not use Armstrong roofing. We had two of our houses roofed by this company. Both were done wrong, began leaking immediately, and had to be replaced.

DO NOT HIRE ARMSTRONG ROOFING!! Troy is a terrible owner and the way his worker work for him show it. They show up whenever they want, work for however long they want, and they don’t care about deadlines. Came to my house the first day with a large crew of about 8 people, started stripping the roof off, and did not cover any part of the roof with tarps. Next day 2 guys showed up, finish tearing off the rest of the roof, still no tarps while it rained all night. Next day couple guys showed up late morning and started laying roof. Had to call Troy numerous times to find out what was going on. One of the agreements was the roof would be done before Christmas eve, nope, he had one guy here working till 5:00 pm on Christmas eve, if that doesn’t tell you what kind of boss he is. Roof still wasn’t done. Weather was a factor after Christmas which I understand, but 3 weeks after the snow melted, I finally called Troy and he said that next week they would be there to finish, NOPE, no one showed up. He had is office manage call me to collect the money and I told him I would pay once the work is done. Then called him again after another week and finally someone showed up. Looks like it was finished but NOPE still had small things to finish, ie gutter reinstalled and clean, some flashing to install. Wish I would have hired someone ….ANYONE else to do my roof.

Troy is the most honest, caring, and helpful roofer you will find. His price beat most other quotes I had and he took time out of his day to educate me on my home. He told me flat out what I need, what I should do and what I can do inside and outside my home. Use Armstrong roofing if you need a roofer you won’t be disappointed.
