Pros – Finished product is satisfactory – Communication with co-owner, representative, and crew was cordial – Crew was able to repair water damaged corner of roof – Crew chose to order a few more sheets of shingles to install later since a couple from the supplier were badly damaged Cons – Scheduling process was not timely. I didn’t mind that our project’s start date was 4 weeks later. It was the fact that we were not notified about the start date till 3 weeks after we had signed the contract. I had expected our project would have been scheduled in a few days time. I was a little worried that they might have forgotten about us.

Alpine Roofing was great to deal with. Communication was top notch with Ben and Katya keeping us informed. The onsite crew was VERY hard working and thorough. They cleaned up every day, and kept us in the loop with progress. Highly recommend this entire team to complete your roofing project!
