After talking through my options with Anthony I decided to move forward with the installation of my roof. I am overall very impressed with the project which was managed by Laureano and Evan. It was exactly what I envisioned and I was very impressed with everyone at the company who was involved in this project which was done in a timely manner and with the professionalism a homeowner hopes for. They make it easy! Thank you to the sales representative and the project managers as well as to the team who came out and got the job done, will be recommending to my family and friends.

I worked for Asset Roofing Company in 2023 but was let go during my 30-day review. I was hired as the sales manager, but quickly realized that the company was in disarray, with staff turnover and declining numbers. I was asked to fire a top salesman who had recently returned from a serious car accident, and the owner was uninvolved in the process, leading to legal issues with labor and industries. I was ultimately let go because I refused to compromise my values by participating in deceptive sales practices. The company’s sales pitch was dishonest, with false promises and commission manipulation. I suggested implementing accountability measures in the sales process, but my ideas were not welcomed. I believe that a company’s treatment of its employees reflects how it treats its customers. Asset Roofing Company does not prioritize employee well-being, which may translate to poor customer service. I strongly advise against hiring them for your roofing needs.

I hired Asset Roofing company they did a replacement roof. I’m happy with the quality of work they did. Asset Roofing Company’s crew work together great, it’s nice to see crew members that work well without any problems with each other. My roof was a two day project they cleaned up after each day. My roof looks great so does my yard. Great company to work with . l feel l got a good price. l highly recommend Asset Roofing Company. You will be happy with them too.

*posting from my wife’s account* I do not recommend Asset Roofing to anybody seeking roofing services in the Northwest. I previously worked with Asset Roofing. I wrote a review previously and the company contested it, resulting in the review to be taken down. I really want to ensure potential customers know who they’re potentially getting involved with. I don’t this company cares for their employees or their customers the way they should. First I want to mention that many of the positive reviews on Google are written by both present and past Asset Roofing employees, at the request of the owner, Anthony. I can say this because I have proof, and because during my time working for Asset I was personally asked to do the same for them. Second, I want to point out how incredibly unsafe the job sites are in many cases. They have accumulated over $500K in pending LNI violations (all public record). I personally visited several job sites where our safety coordinator wanted to shut the job site down due to how at risk the installers were, but was always instructed by Anthony to keep production going so the job could get finished and they could collect payment from the customer. This is a BIG liability for the homeowner. Additionally, the owner has told myself and various project managers, about the importance of change orders even when it isn’t always necessary, to increase profitability for each job. The owner doesn’t typically handle customer concerns or complaints with much regard for the customer. There have been many cases where customers have tried getting issues solved that have taken months upon months, even after the job is complete, just due to a lack of communication or decision making from ownership or upper management. I’ve personally (along with many other employees) tried my best to accommodate customers with justified concerns due to damage from the installers, but Anthony avoids most customer related communication altogether. Asset’s workmanship is decent, but a quality product isn’t everything. It’s a shame that Anthony can’t always deliver on the customer experience and integrity that he sells to their customers on a consistent basis, especially when issues arise. This company claims to be an ASSET to the community. My advice, consider these factors before hiring Asset Roofing.

*Editing because it keeps being taken down, Will continue to repost* ⚠️This company is very unprofessional, unjust and lacks integrity. The owner Anthony has no sense of accountability for his actions and how he treats his staff and people in general. I have seen first hand how he treats people behind his social media persona from my own family and friends. Other ex employees have made reviews that are very consistent with what my family and friends have experienced, go check them out on google reviews before he pays to get them removed. This man has crash courses on how to be a “leader” and good “business owner and entrepreneur” yet lacks the very skills and vital basic morals behind closed doors. Please please please consider going somewhere else for your service needs, you wouldn’t want to be caught up working with a business owner such as Anthony. He has absolutely no respect for others and absolutely no problem screwing over others and their livelihoods to get himself to the top. For example, possibly asking or making his current employees and their family members to make fake good reviews of his company to drown out the real negative reviews flowing in. He also has removed his facebook reviews because of all the backlash. Below is a screenshot of fake reviews he and his current team are writing to drown the negative ones coming in about the truth of his company and his professionalism. BEWARE and BE CAUTIOUS and do your research on this company! ⚠️

These guys truly go the extra mile for the customer. We had them do a full roof replacement for us. Not only was the job done beautifully but, thier attention to clean up, to assure that our kids and pets are safe, was immaculate . I cannot put into words how grateful we are for the work they do !

The owner of this company is wrongfully terminating his employees whenever he sees fit. This is extremely unprofessional please take your business to another company to avoid being caught in all of this drama. He is now having current employees write fake reviews to out weigh the bad but honest reviews from past employees he wrongfully terminated, in an effort to make himself and his company look good
