my mom had a leaky roof. after a short time from contacting them, the friendly sales representative, taylor, came out to inspect the roof on a saturday morning. within no time, we received a quote and a contract. by the middle of the week, the shingles were delivered and by friday morning, a new roof was installed. this was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. i should also mention that there was no sign they had even been here, apart from the newly installed roof. my mom resides in a strict retirement community in seattle and the team, including arthur and manuel, were highly professional and clean. many thanks to joe, damon and their crew!

We had been dealing with a leak on our porch for a while, and given that our roof was 26 years old, it was high time we had it replaced. Now, it’s looking fantastic and the cost was more affordable than we initially thought. Taylor, from Adams Family Roofing, who provided us with a quote, also connected us to a specialist who fixed our chimney. They were always reachable and delivered top-notch service at a reasonable price. To be honest, the roof was initially quoted at an unexpectedly low price which we counted on when we decided to cancel a quote from another company that was due later. The next day, they informed us that they had made an error with the measurements and had to increase the price by 40%. Regardless, the price was still more competitive and cheaper than we anticipated, even though it was a change. Due to Seattle’s stormy weather, they had to reschedule the installation a couple of times. However, when all was finally done, they billed us around 10% less than the revised quote, which was somewhat puzzling. Despite the slight hiccups, I would still wholeheartedly recommend Adams Family Roofing. They’re not perfect, but they’re pretty close.

I simply cannot express how impressed we are with Adams Family Roofing! From the moment we met the owner, Manuel, and received a fair estimate, we knew this was the company for us. They managed to schedule us in sooner than we anticipated, and just yesterday, they worked tirelessly for over 12 hours to replace our shingles in Seattle. The results are fantastic! We opted for the Certainteed Landmarck Pro Max Def Espresso, and it looks absolutely stunning. A huge thanks to Manuel and his team!
