We had a wonderful experience with IBEX Roofing. Jeff, our Project Manager, was very accommodating and easy to work with. The roofers did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves every day. Our roof looks exceptional – everything was done as they promised. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Don’t call these people first. End of story. The salesman will hard sell you the minute he makes contact. Think timeshare presentation or a police interrogation. You get shown an iPad video, basically saying how amazing their product is, and then an inflated price that’s 30%+ higher than other roofing companies for the same materials. When you refute the price drops a few times until you show them the door. If you like a pushy salesman, give them a call.

Would not choose them to do my roof due to the fact I am getting calls daily about them wanting to do my roof, I’ve told them repeatedly I’m not interested, blocked there number and still to this day am getting voicmails. Regret my interest in hiring them at one point

IBEX sales person came to my house and gave me an estimate. He was here for four hour and came across as a high pressure used car salesman. Started at 32k and then kept adding little incentives to try and get me to sign immediately. Got down to 26k which was still much higher than the other for bids I got. The only way I could get him out of my house was to get really really rude with him.
