There really is no quality in customer service, the reception was not friendly. A woman named Priscila was not friendly either, everyone I spoke to was not friendly, they looked like they were in the army with the expressions on their faces, I wonder if the owner knows what kind of bad-faced people work there. They may have 5 stars in another department but in customer service I don’t give them a single star. Very true, I am not a customer, nor do I want to be because of these bad services that they provide from the beginning, rather I don’t know how many people they treat like this, but I hope they can improve it, instead of feeling offended, accept the criticism, and if you You think it’s a fake account, it’s not, but there is democracy and I don’t even have to delete my experience in this place. It was and is true ok.

They are the best!! We were stressing out about paying for a new roof, as ours was quite old and it was clearly almost time. Then, one day, Lia showed up at our door and walked us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance company to have them cover the roof replacement. All we had to pay was our deductible! Once they got payment from insurance and us, they delivered the materials and scheduled the work. They completed it in one day and cleaned up well afterward. It looks great! I highly recommend. Great work and great people!!

Lakewood Roofing was there for us 100% when we had issues with our insurance company to get our roof done. The roof is finally done, they did an excellent job. The people are friendly and helpful with everything, don’t be afraid to ask them questions or call them for anything.

we had a great experience. definitely recommend. lia was amazing always there to answering all my questions.great communication with office people as well. my roof looks great. they were quick and and left my property clean. sebastian talked me thru step by step. very nice people. thanks to all of them.

I highly recommend Lakewood Roofing , they helped me with my insurance claim from beginning to end!! Our new roof was the quality we expected. The crew worked hard, were responsive to questions, and did a great job cleaning up. Our neighbors even commented what a great job they did. Would recommend!

We’re in the middle of selling our home and wanted to get our roof inspected to make sure there are no leaks or holes in the roof. We called and Christian came out. From the moment he arrived, he was super friendly, professional, and courteous to my family and I. He answered every question I had and even taught me a few things about my roof that I didn’t know before. Not only would we hire him and the company but we would have him come out anytime to help us again. Thank you so much for coming out, especially on short notice.

Two years ago, Lakewood Roofing replaced my roof. I should have left a review then, I just forgot to. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Yesterday we discovered that there was a problem with the vent for the bathroom fan, and water was dripping back inside. Christian came out on a Saturday to check it out. Even after he found the easily fixable problem (insulation blocking the exhaust flap, basically), he still pulled the entire vent to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong, corrected the problem, and reinstalled it. I’ve recommended them in the past, and I will continue to do so. It’s wonderful to find a contractor you can trust.

Highly recommend! We came home to a leaking roof and huge mess. Lakewood Roofing (specifically Christian) responded super fast and stuck with us all the way through. Christian has been tremendous in walking me through this awful process and answering my endless questions. He’s been involved from start to finish and I tremendously appreciate having access to a single point person all the way through. I would definitely recommend Lakewood Roofing, and suggest you ask for Christian!
