I contacted PCC based off the reviews and asked about a replacing a flat roof. The owner Shawn was honest that flat roofs weren’t his specialty and gave me a few leads. It’s obvious to me why they have five stars!

Excellent customer service. They came out the same day to fix a leak in my roof. Did not expect that as it was in the middle of a storm! 10/10 would recommend.

They were quick and great professional workers. Great job and very happy. They were the cheapest bid and the quickest to do the job. They fixed all the previous roofers mistakes and I highly recommend them. My roof look amazing finished! Thanks you Sean!

These guys did an excellent job. I had three plastic vents above the third floor level of my house that had blown out and we’re full of bird nests. It only took them about an hour and a half to set up their scaffolding, replace the vents, take it all apart and clean up. Very professional, friendly, and efficient crew.

Loved everything about this company. The owner is very pleasant to work with. The employees who installed the roof arrived timely and worked extremely hard each day to accomplish their work. The employees are very friendly as well. I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have found them to do our garage roof. I will be using them again when its time for the house to be re-roofed.

By mid-November 2019, I had several roof leaks, the roof was about 18 years old and not installed property to start with (shingles over car decking) I was lucky it lasted that long, Anyway to the point: I was driving by this big house down the street when I saw the phone number on the truck from Pacific Capital Construction, There are other roofing Companies around but I wanted an opinion from someone I was not familiar with. From the moment I made the call, I was hooked! Sean the owner, was in communication from the beginning to the end, the cost was competitive with others and the workmanship was excellent! No nails, pieces of single, tar paper laying around, cleaned up every night before departing the area, from Sean to the ground man, I was impressed! Daryel
