We had an excellent experience from start to finish with SlopePro. Austin came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He then walked us through the entire roof replacement process, presented us with options and competitive pricing. Once we agreed to hire SlopePro, Austin set expectations that, frankly, I didn’t believe they could meet. I was wrong. Ariel and his crew did everything that Austin said they would, and then some. Not only did they do a fantastic job of replacing our roof, they also meticulously cleaned up all the debris and nails before leaving. We love our new roof and are very satisfied customers!

Wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. Where to begin . . . SlopePro was assigned to our home for an inspection by our solar company due to a leaking porch roof. We had been in a contested battle with our solar company for almost 2 years and SlopePro entered into a messy and complicated situation when they agreed to work with us and the solar company to a mutually agreeable outcome. That meant that SlopePro’s crew dropped what they were doing in order to replace our porch roof once the solar panels had been removed. And then come back to work with the solar company to re-install the panels on the new roof. Making sure the installation did not compromise the roof this time around. We wanted the “gold standard” when repairing our porch roof after 2 years of leaks that required some of the plywood under the shingles to also be replaced due to mold and rot. If you want your roof done right, this is the company you want. Hands down professional and when they are done, you will never know they were there, the clean-up is that good. Thank you to Justin for handling the logistics and making the job run smoothly, Alden for his expertise and Ariel and his team of roofers for an awesome job.

From first communication to final walkthrough this company was thorough, organized, hardworking and most importantly kind. Austin walked me through all of the details, never pressured me in any way, and communicated clearly and efficiently. Price quote was as expected and beat out other local companies. Great experience working with SlopePro. Truly professional team. The representative, Austin Gregory, made the process easy from start to finish. We filed an insurance claim and they were very understanding, as insurance can be a little slower to work with , but Austin kept us on schedule so we can have our roof completed in the time frame we discussed. Can’t thank them enough.

These guys are fantastic! We had a tricky leak that was hard to find and they did not give up until they figured out the problem. They worked to fix the broken slate the same day they found it, which was incredible. I’ve worked with a variety of contractors and subcontractors over the past few years with house projects and they are by far the most professional team I’ve worked with. You would be making a mistake if you didn’t choose SlopePro.

This was such a lovely surprise (especially when dealing with a major fear) when meeting Austin from SlopePro.
