LAB’s shingle and gutter crews did an excellent job on our roof! The shingle crew came early, and worked quickly and efficiently. After our gutters were replaced, we noticed that one section was not pitched enough, and was collecting water. When we called to let them know, the crew came back within 2 days to fix it. They were responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I had talked with 4 different contractors before I reached out to Bradon at Lab Exteriors, and in just about 30 minutes of interaction with him, it was an easy choice to go with them. I got several design ideas and renderings almost real time, and they greatly helped with us with the lengthy and rigorous HOA approval process. We replaced the old vinyl siding with new Evolve stone siding with all old sheathing replaced as well. Their staff was very skillful and mindful, and started and finished the job punctually as planned. We cannot be happier with the final results! I highly recommend Lab Exteriors.

Brandon & his team undertook 2 major jobs at my house recently. Our old roof was over 50 years old & leaking, the wood under it had started rotting. The siding had significant damage from hail & was falling apart in places. We spoke to several contractors before lab exteriors & their quotes were outrageously high. Brandon impressed us with his ability and sincerity to problem solve, gave us the right price, took the time to explain to us our options & explained how the jobs would be executed. My husband is technical and detail oriented & had a lot of questions. Brandon was patient & consultative. Lab exterior’s crew did an awesome job. They replaced the roof in one day ( I have a decent size single family house). They were professional & cleaned up the place before they left. Same with the siding replacement !! I am super impressed with their attention to detail & follow thru on everything we had a question about. They tried their best to get the job done in a timely manner so much so that they worked long hrs to make up for the days lost due to rain and even worked thru drizzle one of the days!! It has been ages since I have had such a good experience with a contractor. I highly recommend lab exteriors for roof, siding & door replacement. I will be leveraging their other services in the future as well.
