Called this company on February 10 (Friday) around 430pm and requested a call back to give me an estimate on a bathroom remodel. EIGHT days later, never heard anything from them. I’m not sure if this is a legitimate business or if they are too busy to return a phone call. Very unfortunate that I cannot even receive a return phone call… even if they cannot come out immediately.

We are really glad we chose Steve to have our screened porch enclosed and made into a room. They were agreeable to our design and changes, and very fair in pricing. The workmanship is excellent and they were responsive and friendly. We also enjoyed working with most of the subs on the project. Highly recommended!

Would not use this company again for any home renovations. Things started out great, the company was very responsive, price estimate was around the same as other companies, and everyone we met with seemed to be nice. We originally met with an employee and planned out the entire kitchen renovation. She took notes of exactly what we wanted/our order. A few weeks later we had not heard anything about confirmation of the order or progress made. We reached out to Matt and Malik requesting a timeline, that’s when we were told the employee who took our order had been let go of. We were informed that our order had been saved, but then proceeded to get multiple questions of things we had already discussed/agreed on. No big deal, things happen and we understood. The cabinets finally arrived and were brought to our house. After they had unpacked them, my husband and I noticed half of the cabinets were not the correct color. We reached out to the company about the mistake, we were told they could either re order the correct cabinets or install the wrong color cabinets. Being that we were spending nearly 35k on this kitchen we opted to re order the cabinets that we had requested in the first place. We go by and the cabinets finally arrived. The company did not apologize for the delay, and seemed annoyed each time we requested an update on timeline. The project was started in August and was projected to be finished prior to Thanksgiving ( as we were planning to host our family). Once everything was said and done the kitchen was completed in February (a total of 5.5 months of a non functional kitchen). We reached out to the owner requesting a 7% discount for the delay and troubles along the way. Our request was denied. I then proceeded to post an honest review and timeline of our troubles that had occurred. The owner reached out to my husband demanding the review be taken down and threatened to not complete the project if the review was not taken down. I took down the original review, the kitchen was complete and while we weren’t pleased with the process, the kitchen turned out decent. Six months later, we have had issues with how the dishwasher was installed (if you load the front up first, entire dishwasher comes out of place) and the floor piece that connects the family room from kitchen has completely broken off. In response to the company: The project was done under the last name Snead. We have emails of our contract and payments made to quality remodeling. We have issues with the flooring and not the dishwasher itself, but how it was installed. The main complaint in my review above was with how things were dealt with in an unprofessional/reasonable manner.

Paragon is our go to contractor for all things exterior. Quality work, on time performance, reasonable price. They recently repaired two dormers while we were on vacation! Zach communicated with me at each stage of the project. Trust Paragon and Zach Paul totally!
