They delivered! Joshua and his team were friendly, informative, and proactive during the entire process. We have a gorgeous new roof completely covered by insurance thanks to this company. We just had a new roof installed by NuRoof and are very very pleased with the results. Jon and Josh are very down to earth and professional in every way. Their installation crew was very good. When I was a young man I worked for my father installing roofs and I must say they lived up to everything my father expected from his crew. Thank You Jon for pushing me to let you check out the damage on our roof as a result we have a new roof with no out of pocket cost to us.

NuRoof recently replaced our roof and some gutters and they were excellent on professionalism, responsiveness, quality, timeliness, everything. Josh provides top notch customer service and oversees everything from start to finish–they worked out coverage with my homeowner’s insurance and met them here to go over the hail damage, worked with a public adjuster, communicated with me as they worked it all out and, once they did, their crew was here for the install. The install crew was mindful of all my landscaping and took great care. They even came back to fix a gutter at no cost that developed an issue shortly after they were here but had nothing to do with their work and was not part of the job they had originally done. I recommend them highly.

Josh and his crew replaced our 25 yr old roof and siding. It was a pleasure working with Josh. He patiently took the time to explain & advise us on materials and our various options. We asked Josh to treat us as if we were family and that’s exactly how it felt. His prices were fair, the workers were professional, and we couldn’t be happier.
