Garrett and the team at Columbia Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing my damaged roof. The project from start to completion ran smoothly and was meticulously handled with great care , communication and attention to detail. Garrett took the time to throughly inspect my roof providing detailed pictures and also provided me with a very detailed quote of all the work to be performed as well as warranty info. The price was very competitive as well for all the work they completed. You are not paying for extra marketing expenses that many other roofing companies need to account for in their price to you. Definitely give Columbia Roofing an opportunity to earn your business you will not be disappointed!

Garrett was an unbelievable breath of fresh air. If you’re used to the typical guy in a colorful truck that has five more jobs to get to after you, then you will appreciate Garrett as much as I did. Garrett made a special trip to my house despite having the rest of his day free and family waiting for him. He had never been to my house but said he “would feel better knowing the problem rather than wait the whole weekend.” He then checked my roof, inspected my attic, performed a few quick fixes, and then gave me a complete assessment of my roof’s condition and what steps I should take over the next 7 years. This guy is CLEARLY puts people and service first, and I won’t go anywhere else for anything having to do with my roof. Thank you Garrett!

This review is a bit older because I just noticed the company on Google maps. I’ve used Garrett multiple times for roof repairs (before he was Columbia Roofing, I think) in Falls Church and have always been impressed. Good prices but more so just very professional, would check the roof, show you pictures before and after, and was very responsive. He’s always the first call I make when I need help with the roof.

If you need a roof repair or replacement, don’t look any further. These guy are marvelous. They are strait forward, do their work without any hassle and clean up at the end of the day. They spend two day at my house replacing the roof and when they were done the cleanup was impeccable as if they had not been there. Great job for a reasonable price. Absolutely recommend them and I am sure you will be as happy as I am.

Garrett and his team, at Columbia Roofing did an extraordinary job for me!! Garrett worked with me and informed me prior to speaking with my insurance company (pre-positioning); he then coached me with a response to my insurance company’s response; helped me work through the HOA submission and issues; and then found me a great price for the roof replacement. I strongly endorse Garrett and CR for their integrity, honesty, and workmanship. Garrett and team, Well Done!!!

Their professional and experience were extraordinary. He explained in detail how the old and the new method work. They were on time, cleanup throughly after the work done. I would recommend to anyone to have them to replace your roof in the future.
