They did our roof to our complete satisfaction a couple of years ago. What a pleasant surprise to find out that they replace gutters too, so we consulted with the owner Ben and agreed to use his service to replace our gutters. Mr. Lee, was a one-man force of nature!. Not only did he install our gutters, but his work was perfect. He hoisted ladders, saws, boards, and materials for nine hours, even through drizzle, and left our property neat and clean. We are delighted with his work ethic and the integrity of his efforts as he painstakingly put it all together for us. We highly recommend this company.

This review is long overdue. Ben and his team deserve more than 5 stars. We had our roof replaced 2 years ago and it came out great. Ben promptly came by, discussed materials, and color. He gave us a quick and fair estimate. We were able to get our roof replaced quickly. He and his crew were careful to work around our flowerbeds and Ben came around throughout the day to check on the work. Subsequently, we’ve asked him for recommendations and to help inspect roof damage caused by squirrels. Ben immediately responded and came out of his way to inspect. Highly recommend Ben and Dulles Roofing, excellent craftsmanship and customer service.

I hired Dulles roofing after getting several bids for my roof replacement. Not only was their price the best with 5 star reviews across the board but Ben and Susan were such a joy to deal with. Ben was not pushing a sales pitch on me like all the other companies that came out and he was very honest. The roofers that came out were all extremely courteous. They installed my roof in 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves immaculately. I take great pride in gardening and they covered all of my plants or moved those in pots and not a leaf was damaged. I cannot say enough good things about Dulles roofing. HIGHLY recommend.

After working with Ben, I completely understand why he has amazing reviews! He is honest, personable, and he and his crew do amazing work. Susan was extremely helpful each time I called. She would put me in touch with Ben quickly. The whole process was just so easy with Ben. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I saw another review that said, “if you are trying to decide if you should go with Dulles Roofing, the answer is yes.” This is so true!

Ben Burnie is extremely easy to work with and very responsive. He explained the roofing process to me clearly and answered all many questions that I had. His estimate was clear and upgrades or add-ons (architectural shingles, lifetime roof vent collars, and any additional plywood that needed to be replaced) were included. I have all of my roof guttering piped into a system that drops the water in the low section of my yard and had some concern that debris from the removal of the old roof would clog up this system but we worked together to make sure that this had not happened. Roof removal is a messy process and it was very windy while they were removing the old shingles so the cleanup process was much worse than normal but his workers did a great job. And his pricing was the lowest of the three estimates that i received. I don’t see how the process could have gone any better..

I could not be happier with how it worked out with Ben and his company to get my roof replaced. Ben was easy to talk to and clearly seems like an honest guy (even my dog liked him and that isn’t the case with a lot of people). He was very quick to respond to questions I had over email, and Susan was very polite when I called to schedule the initial appointment too.While I went with Dulles Roofing for that reason, it was an added bonus that his quote was lower than the other four companies I got quotes from for the same Certainteed roofing system. As an added bonus, he helped me get my siding, soffits, and gutters done at a very fair price. Ben was physically there for every step of the process and his crew did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend working with Dulles Roofing and will be recommending them to friends and family!

Service was professional and very accommodating. They worked with me to meet my needs for a new roof. The foreman was friendly and accommodating and communicated well. The service was professionally and timely done with good results.
