Vargas General Contracting a month agoVargas General Contracting has done several projects for my elderly parents’ home. They’ve installed viny flooring in kitchen & laundry room, installed new fence, gutter covers, installed electric fireplace, painted the family room, and converted bath tub to walk in shower. We can easily give each of these jobs 5 stars in separate reviews. The company took such good care of my parents house, I also had them replace my home’s roof. Reasonable prices, fantastic workmanship. Most importantly for me, the owner’s ability to interact and work in a caring manner with my parents who are 78 and 90 years of age! VGC is our go to home contractor from now on.

S W Rodgers Co Inc 2 months agoI want to start by telling you that I am currently working here, after 9 months of leaving this company I returned here since communication with my colleagues at this company never stopped. And it is because in this company you can feel like a family atmosphere, from the receptionist who receives you to the highest official of this place, they are exceptional people, to the extent that you get to work shoulder to shoulder with one of the owners of this company and I realized that I was one of them until they told him his name Tom Rodgers, it is truly incredible the way in which the parents of these two brothers who run the reins of this company raised them, instilled in them humility, respect and equality for all people, that is why their supervisors, superintendent and foreman work the way they work, standing shoulder to shoulder even with the smallest of their employees. I truly thank God for to have met such beautiful people and to be part of the great S. W. Rodgers family. And a special thanks to Flor who, like me, is Hispanic and is always there to help everyone equally and always with a big smile and a personality that characterizes her. I don’t have to say what is the quality of work that this company develops and offers, because if they are that good with their staff, you can imagine how they are with their clients.

Rossewoods Construction a week agoI’ve used Rossewoods for several large projects (e.g. building an enclosed patio and raised deck, installing drainage and a patio, interior renovation projects) as well as various smaller handyman projects, and each time they have performed high quality work at a reasonable price. I trust them completely with my home renovation needs!

POTOMAC VALLEY CONSTRUCTION a year agoPotomac Valley Construction informed me of a weather event that occurred while we were on vacation, helped me characterize the damage to my very difficult homeowner’s insurance company, and were great about keeping me informed as the construction was scheduled and completed. Highest recommendation here, and I hope you get Brian and Al for your project managers. They were both great! The work looks phenomenal. Photos are before/after.

On the Level Contracting 6 months agoAsan and his “On the level” team installed two entryway doors for us. One door came out good (albeit has dented threshold), but due to the workmanship and improper installation interfacing with the house structure, other technicians have been required to come back out and inspect the second door over multiple occasions. Working with Home Depot presently to resolve and correct the low quality installation workmanship from OTLevel. Do not recommend if you are seeking high quality.

NOVA CARPENTRY & CONSTRUCTION 3 years agoNOVA and their team took care of repainting and remodeling my kitchen. The cabinets came out great but better yet they were easy to work with and came back to make sure our needs were met. Quality work would def use again!

New Line Construction, LLC a month agoI just had New Line Construction reconfigure my attic. The company totally rebuilt the infrastructure of the attic. The house had major fire damage. The general contractor who had the contract to rebuild the house failed to put the correct trusses in the attic. These trusses did pass code but was a disaster for any type of storage. New Line totally rebuilt the attic so as it is now very usable as a storage facility. They did it without removing the current roof or without drilling access holes in the ceilings that other contractors proposed doing. I’ve dealt with contractors in the past, and New Line is no doubt one of the most, if not not the most, professional and efficient contractors I’ve ever dealt with. The quality of their work was first rate with a very competitive price. Would I use New Line again? Absolutely Yes William Harshman Fairfax VA
