I would like to take a minute to share my experience with Atlantic Craftsman. They did a fantastic job with my roof, and a special shout out to Charlie Cole for his outstanding support throughout the roof replacement process. Replacing a roof can be challenging, but he was incredibly hands-on and did a fantastic job. Some companies charge outrageous prices for the same work that was done, making Atlantic Craftsman’s quality and value even more impressive. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. Atlantic Craftsman is a reliable and professional company. They worked well with my insurance company to repair tree damage. There was an immediate response to get me dried in and final re roofing was done in less than a day.

Context: I have a large picture window(can’t open) front windows that vandalized. It had to be boarded up. This company was recommended by my insurance company. Their expected lead time was 3 weeks but ended up being 2 and a half months. They had to special order it so I requested the window to be able to open some how. Due to miscommunication and a employee leaving the company, that didn’t happen. I got roughly160 dollars off a rough estimate of 1650. If you’re going to use the company, keep email traffic. They didn’t send multiple confirmations and kept it strictly to phone word of mouth. The window was beautifully built and the workers who installed it where awesome. Update to companies response: It wasn’t miscommunicated about 8+ weeks for special order. It was told to me multiple times over the phone(that’s why I tell future customers to keep email traffic only) that the way time was 3 weeks max. Please don’t manipulate the conversation about miscommunication when it was directly told to me items. It’s a bad habit to lie. I don’t know why companies lie.

They did an outstanding job with my roof. and a big shout out to Mike he did an outstanding job helping me with the process of replacing my roof as we all know this is a very difficult and hard process but he was absolutely hands-on and fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new roof. Thank you very much!

We have utilized Atlantic Craftsman LLC at two residences for roof repair, roof installation and siding. The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff especially Charlie Cole, Caylin Koenig and Kassie Gianquitto made us feel part of the family. They take time to listen and respond immediately no matter how trivial an issue might appear to be. The price is right too! We will continue to use Atlantic Craftsman LLC as long as we are homeowners. Additionally, we have added Atlantic Craftsman to our church’s contractor list and used them for 2 additional roof projects. They will be the first contractor we will call for any and all roofing matters.
