Harmony Homes LLC 9 months agoWe hired Brad to remodel our master bathroom. He was contracted to tear out the full bathroom, extend the shower, replace vanity and toilet. Only item to keep was the bathtub. He started the demo right away. That was the only quick part of what turned out to be a 9 month disaster. He and his hired crews constantly didn’t show up when scheduled, left early and didn’t come back until called repeatedly. We couldn’t communicate with a few of his workers that showed up solo. When asked Brad, he bragged that illegals are cheaper. When asked why it was taking so long, Brad would say it was due to changing scope. Even though he is the one that pushed for changing the original plans. Once the job was “done” the shoddy work was prevalent. I brought Brad back to show him. I asked him if he would accept this quality in his house. He answered multiple times “this is standard contractor quality”. If he wouldn’t settle for the level of work in his own house, why would a customer? The leaks started shortly after. Mold has grown in most of the joints. We now have an expensive full bath that can be only used as a half bath. I have since brought in another contractor to advise what we can do. His review was just painful to hear. The grouting and sealing was not done properly which likely let the water seep and cause the mold. The biggest issue is the installation of the pebble accents and floor was not done even close to proper. This is likely where the water leaks are occurring. We originally received 5 bids for our job. Brad was averaged priced. We went with him as he was the brother-in-law of my best friend. After fixing his failures he will be well beyond the most expensive. Do not hire Brad for your contractor!

Tracy Curbing a month agoTracy is exceptional. This is the second house I have used him on. Let me tell you why I came back to him years later when we moved to a new house. After Tracy installed a lot of curbing at our new home, our neighbor’s little girl came out and walked across the entire thing like it was a balance beam. It was later in the afternoon and Tracy and his crew had left long before. I called Tracy with some desperation and he came back out and luckily made it in time to be able to reform the concrete where the footprints had ruined it. It wasn’t his fault it happened, but he still came out of his way and helped us out big time!
