I have heard really great things about this company and was recommended by two people I know that they were some of the best in town. When I called Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable about roofs but refused to give me a bid for a new roof stating I needed to know my budget first and exactly how I was going to pay before he would even come out to the property to give me an idea about how much it would cost. It seems counterproductive to business but I guess roofing is in high demand right now and they can cherry-pick who they want to do bids for.

I asked for an estimate to secure two loose tiles on the corner of my roof. Ian made an appointment but did not come to the site of the problem. He viewed it from ground level. without consulting with me about the problem he determined that the tiles were already replaced and took off in his truck for his next appointment, calling me to let me know that he had seen the problem and that there was no need to do any further work. I pointed out that the tiles were not secure and that I had placed them where they were to keep the rain from going under the roof. I asked him to come back and take another look. He told me that I needed a handyman and that he was going to pass on the job. I was surprised that he didn’t ring my doorbell but just did things from ground level. I’m surprised that he left before asking me what the problem was. I was surprised that he wouldn’t make an effort to take care of such a small job. Kind of hard to have confidence in somebody who doesn’t demonstrate a thorough concern for doing a job, well.

Ian is great to work with. He explained that my roof tiles only needed to be reset due to them lifting out of place from a micro burst. He reset the tiles and also did an inspection of the entire roof. He is honest, friendly, and professional. Thanks so much!

After a sudden microburst took my unopened patio umbrella up and over into my tile roof, I was left with a damaged cement tile that needed replacing. Fortunately, I had three extra tiles because the house is 32 years old and these particular roof tiles are no longer being manufactured. I contacted Ian and after explaining the situation he was able to come to my house within the hour and within minutes had the broken tile removed and replaced. even finding an extra tile underneath the existing tile so I still have three spares. He also did a complete inspection of my 30-year-old tile roof and declared it to be an excellent condition which is always nice to know! He was prompt and professional and his price was very reasonable and now I don’t have to worry about anything except not putting my umbrella out unless I’m going to use it. Thank you Ian!
