I had them replace my garage roof a while ago and fix a beam on the roof before hand. When i noticed it i asked the man and he just instructed his mexican worker to nail a 2 x 4 in place of it. The roof was and still is sagging since this was a while ago and I was ill I have no idea why i paid it until it was done correctly. Debra

In January of 2021 I realized that my roof was leaking into my great room. I called a couple of different companies. Knockout Roofing came out immediately. They put a temporary cover over the area to prevent any additional damage even though I hadn’t yet decided who I was going to hire. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest but I’m always skeptical of companies that are and never go with the lowest quote anymore. You always pay the price for that. After deciding I was going to hire them they scheduled an appointment for just a week out. They tore out the old roof in just a few hours. They worked until the sun was setting to put the new shingles on before saying they wouldn’t be able to finish that day. They were back the next morning at 6 AM to finish the job. My neighbor across the street had his roof replaced the previous summer and those people were working on his roof for almost two weeks. After removing the shingles they easily could have told us part of the roof was water damaged and needed to be replaced. Instead they told us that other than a small section the roof was in surprisingly good shape. I did have to wait for a week for our new gutters but only because I chose a color not readily in stock. They assisted us in finding financing and and were helpful and friendly during the entire process. I honestly only have good things to say about Knockout Roofing.

Not honest company. They have a 1 star with the BBB. They hyper inflate costs and submit invoices $10-15k higher to insurance company, then the mess starts. Every month the insurance don’t pay, they add ridiculous late fees. Worst experience ever. My insurance company was going to sue them, don;t know if they did, I dropped them. I ended up paying a lot out of pocket to save my health.

Dishonest, dumb and greedy is a bad combination. Jen Silver will lie right to your face and then threaten you if you call her out on it. So many other better honest roofing companies in the valley so hopefully these guys go out of business or maybe they will end up in jail for insurance fraud, which is where they belong.

SCAMMERS!!!! I worked as an employee for this company and know all the horrible stuff they do to the homeowner’s, insurance companies and their employees. These guy’s are BAD news!!!

Gabe was awesome throughout the whole process and I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything that needed to happen. Branden was our project manager and was very thorough while the roof was being installed. He was even able to make a last minute request for the day of installation. My biggest issue was the timing. We were told we would be on schedule by the end of July but it took them till mid August to get started on the roof. Luckily it was done in a day but we move some things to work around the installation.

Same experience as so many others. Lied to my mom about pricing. Refused to finish the work and kept the money they had been paid by the insurance. The prey on senior citizens. Took almost a year to get an itemized statement from them. It appears they lost their BBB accreditation last month as well.

Got a new roof from these guys and it’s amazing. Branden and his crew did an outstanding job. I will be sure to recommend Knockout Roofing to my family and friends.

If I could give a 0 I would this company runs insurance scam and scams home owners I use to work with them they sub out all their jobs to sub contractors they make home owners pay for Unnecessary work just to make more money they scam Insurances they treat their subworkers like employees and don’t pay they owe multiple contractors money I would never pay knock out to do my roof !!! Or work with them ever again
