Don’t go with this company they owe me $57,000 over more then 6 months I don’t recommend them at all be careful with them!

Phones are shut off, emails bounce. Had roof installed January 2024 and they did not put ice/water barrier and flashing around chimney which is leaking and has now ruined walls inside. They also did not pay their sub contractors, I had guys showing up to my house asking for money. Anyone who experienced these issues needs to contact the DOPL, and their local building office for their city. I contacted DOPL and my city and they are investigating the business.

Bad Company to deal with. Sketchy and Hire Subs to do all work when know nothing about them. Then don’t pay them. Bad company to deal with. They will end ya up w lawsuits.

If I could give them no stars I would. They did a terrible job of installing some siding on my house. Less than 6 months after installation, the siding was falling and blowing. My neighbor also used MTM for their siding and is also having the same problem.

Extremely dissatisfied with MTM Roofing. We had them do our roof in mid-2022. This last November we started having a leak come into our house at the chimney. When I reached out to MTM roofing they said they would send someone out. I was pretty regularly speaking with Jackie and she kept saying that the owner was pushing to get the contractors out. I was also told that they would cover any and all damages that come from the active leak inside the house. This went on until January when I finally got someone out to look at it. They said it was flashing. They fixed the flashing and that didn’t work. Then they came back out and said it needed to be completely replaced (all the while my roof leaks every time it rains/snows). Finally they came out with a tarp as a temporary fix. When this didn’t work they said someone would come redo the roof around the chimney. This was at the end of January. I regularly asked for updates since we have an active leak. The last correspondence I have is from February. Now it appears that all of their phones are out of service and they aren’t answering any calls or texts to the mobile phones that I have. The urgency to fix a problem with a roof that they installed was just not there. The fact that it took 2 months to even get someone out to my house was ridiculous, regardless of the weather or time of year. It almost feels like I’m going to be on the hook to pay for the re-roofing and all of the damages in the house because they have just stopped responding to any calls. If they come back out and are still a business, stay as far away as you can get.

EDIT: it’s been about a year now and I have just found out from my county that MTM roofing did not get the inspections that they were required to get they did not follow through on the things that the inspector required of them , in fact they canceled the inspections, and yet they sent me documents saying that all inspections were done and completed I’ve been trying to contact them for many days now and have left them many messages and have yet to hear back from anybody so I can find out what is going on. The job they did in itself was a very nice job it looks good and I’m highly satisfied with it however I’m slightly disillusioned with the fact that for the price I paid even at discount to find out that the people who were actually doing the roof offered to do my neighbors for less than a quarter of what I was paying.

Stay clear from this outfit. Zero accountability. They hire subs and don’t pay them. Calculated dishonesty, if you need a roofing contractor do your homework. In AZ and Utah.

These people are great to work with. They did a great job and made the removal of old roof along with new roof installation easy and hassle free. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you all again.
